人気のラーメンショップへ！神奈川県厚木市『ラーメンショップ厚木店』に伺いました。久しぶりの今回は、店主さんイチオシのチャーシューがたっぷり載ったネギチャーシューメンと、ずっと気になっていたオススメのトッピング「しびれ」を試しました。
ラーメンショップは本州、四国、九州など全国に300店舗以上お店があるそうです。メニューや作り方などが各店舗に任されており店ごとの個性が違うのが特色。また家系ラーメンの吉村実氏がかつてラーメンショップで修行されていたことから『家系のルーツ』とも言われます。いつもと違う味わい、早速ご覧ください！

To the popular ramen shop! We visited "Ramen Shop Atsugi" in Atsugi City, Kanagawa Prefecture. This time after a long time, I tried the green onion char siu pork with plenty of the owner's recommended char siu and the recommended topping "numbness" that I've always been interested in.
There are more than 300 ramen shops nationwide, including Honshu, Shikoku, and Kyushu. The menu and how to make it are left to each store, and each store has a different personality. It is also called "the roots of the family" because Mr. Minoru Yoshimura, a family ramen, was once trained at a ramen shop. Please have a look at the taste different from usual!
