越南名廚 John Nguyen 主理，喺灣仔新開嘅越南餐廳 Xuân。唔係食普通牛肉Pho咁簡單，招牌牛肉河 $158 牛肉湯底好清甜，河粉入口順滑，而且牛肉份量好足料，有安格斯牛肋扒、牛脷及牛尾。好似我咁典型癡迷嘅牛魔王，加$50原條Bone Marrow!! 脂肪肥膏加落去食又係另一番風味 ~ 仲有附送嘅油炸鬼沾湯食，相當煙韌。

打破想像極限係圖二及三嘅海膽蕃茄米$188，期間限定峴港風味。foodsearchers之前去Danang嘅時候有食過類似嘅街邊風味魚蛋蕃茄米🍅 嚟到呢度落重本加入北海道海膽，唔係得一片hea你，係有好幾片，增加蕃茄湯嘅甜味，幾得意嘅食法，不過都係中意生食海膽多D🍜🍜🍜

Why we choose Danang expect to Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi that kind of bigger cities to go, WE DONT KNOW!!! Maybe because of the cheap flight tickets 🙈🙈🙈
We didnt research what we can play in Danang before we bought the flight tickets
Overall, I think it is a good city to visit but only once or twice is enough.😹😹😹

This is our schedule, mostly is eating🤤🤤
呢個係我地嘅行程 大多數都係食野為主🤤🤤
1st －Arrived, sprinroll, vodka, glass, cupnoodle
到達，春卷，vodka，glass，杯麵
2nd －Seafood, Pink Church, rare beef noodle, Han Market, sticky rice dessert, spa
食海鮮, 教堂, 生牛河, han market, spa ,糯米
3th －Change Hotel, My Khe beach, coffee, Steak
轉酒店, 美溪沙灘, 咖啡, 牛扒
4th － spa, han market, French restaurant, rare beef noodle, French sandwich
spa, Han Market, 法國菜, 生牛河, 法式麵包
5th － my khe beach, spa , Italian restaurant, rare beef noodle

Overall, we only spend less than HKD 3000 per person in this trip, including all the things, tickets, Visa, transport, hotel etc.😚😚😚

Before we introduce what you can play in Danang, you need to know, most of the countries need to apply Visa before visit Vietnam, and its not cheap at all, cost US 31😯😯
係詳細介紹我地嘅行程之前, 大部分國家去越南都要申請簽證
包括香港 而且簽證費用並唔平嫁 要31蚊美金😯😯
At this time, we have make a arrival Visa, only suitable for go to Vietnam by international flight(Hochiminh, Hanoi, Danang international airport)
係今次 我地就用左落地簽證 而呢個只係岩搭國際線飛機去胡志明市 河內 峴港國際機場適用
For the arrival Visa, you need to through a local agency to apply the Vietnam Visa Approval Letter first, and it take nearly 2 days to get it, so make sure do it earlier！！🤔🤔
咁落地簽證就要通過當地公司申請一個叫Vietnam Visa Approval Letter
呢個過程需要大約2日時間 記得要提早整！！！🤔🤔
We use this agency, US6(on promotion) for 1person single entry travel Visa, it is the cheapest👍🏻👍🏻

🌕🌚Before we go to Vietnam we already do some information research, it used to be one of the French colonies. So we decided to try some French in Da Nang, we choose Le Rendez Vous
🌕🌚我哋去越南之前已經做好資料蒐集，越南曾經係法國嘅殖民地，所以我哋決定係峴港試吓法國菜，揀左 Le Rendez Vous
Our table is just next to the Eiffel Tower🗼,haha. The environment inside the restaurant is absolutely beautiful.
我哋咁啱就坐係埃菲爾鐵塔🗼隔離，哈哈。餐廳入面嘅環境真係好靚呀！
前菜：
We eating this too rush since we’re hungry, forgot to take photo of the menu and we can’t remember what’s this appetiser name. It taste a bit foie gras inside, we cut it into a little piece and put the pickle on top of the bread. 💥
因為我哋太肚餓所以食得好急，唔記得咗影低個餐牌，又諗唔返起個名。食落有少少鵝肝醬喺裏面，我哋將佢剪成細細舊，放喺麵包上面食，或者加埋側邊嘅醃黃瓜食又有一番新感覺。💥
主菜：
Boeuf Bourguignon; Boeuf à la Bourguignonne. Taste of French in Da Nang💋 the spaghetti is a bit too hard for us, we put some sauce to make it be soft.
在峴港吃到法國味道的紅酒燉牛肉💋 意粉係Al dente 煮得比較硬身，我哋將醬汁淋係意粉上面將佢變軟
Mushroom sauce rib eye, steak surface fired to crisp, the middle still in pink, and we have to say the art of display are surprising us🌈
蘑菇汁肉眼扒，牛扒表面先至脆身，切開中間仍然有粉紅色部分，有肉汁，不得不讚佢咁有藝術感嘅擺啲方法令我哋好驚喜🌈
今次我地去左呢間「威尼斯面包烘焙工房(北區店)」，有兩層好大間，面包選擇豐富又高顏值，價錢卻好親民，試左「髒髒牛角包¥6」、「千層流沙包¥5.5」、「草莓撻¥3」、「卡士120酸奶¥3.5 」！
