Nanaimo bars食譜:
Bottom Layer
½ cup unsalted butter
¼ cup sugar
5 tbsp. cocoa
1 egg beaten
1 ¼ cups graham wafer crumbs
½ c. finely chopped almonds
1 cup coconut
Melt first 3 ingredients in top of double boiler. Add egg and stir to cook and thicken. Remove from heat. Stir in crumbs, coconut, and nuts. Press firmly into an ungreased 8" x 8" pan.
Second Layer
½ cup unsalted butter
2 Tbsp. and 2 Tsp. cream
2 Tbsp. vanilla custard powder
2 cups icing sugar
Cream butter, cream, custard powder, and icing sugar together well. Beat until light. Spread over bottom layer.
Third Layer
4 squares semi-sweet chocolate (1 oz. each)
2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
Melt chocolate and butter over low heat. Cool. Once cool, but still liquid, pour over second layer and chill in refrigerator.

第二十週青年快閃清潔送港人一個快樂驚喜
於拆禮物日快閃拆牆
黑暴於平安夜及聖誕節到多區商場示威抗議，在街頭破壞，衝突由平安夜一直燃燒至聖誕日。
聖誕節翌日的Boxing Day，是拆禮物日的意思，《青年快閃 . 社區清潔》大行動發起人高松傑及十多名無私付出的義工希望於今天 (12月26日)清早來到銅鑼灣、灣仔、金鐘及中環進行第二十週的快閃清潔，把侮辱海報、被塗鴉侮辱字句和粗口清除。合力把地方還原，勉勵港人以愛止暴，為港人送上一份大禮物。
發起人高松傑表示:聖誕是香港最熱鬧及市況最旺的節日之一，但黑暴仍不放過市民並大肆破壞一場，連節日也不能暢快盡情慶祝，今年是特區史上最紛亂失色的聖誕節，燈飾不再璀璨，市民強顏歡笑難掩愁眉。「聖誕快樂」本來是人人可以分享佳節喜悅，現在卻淪為失望。我們知道香港人最想要的聖誕禮物是社會回復秩序和潔淨香港，所以我和義工們都希望盡小小市民一分力量，於拆禮物日拆牆清潔，把地方還原，獻給港人一份大禮物。
