【純素咖啡和精品店 - Stardust】
Stardust 是一家超高水準的隱世純素店，差點錯過它了，因為我的清單裡沒有它，幸好日本朋友 Yohei 約我們來這裡吃飯！它位於京都市北邊，在比較安靜的住宅區裡。
這家店很特別的是，它的建築其實是日本傳統的町屋(Machiya)改造而成的。所以店裡舊舊的，感覺我好像去了以前的日本似的，店裡微暗，木桌上擺放了幾塊不一樣的水晶，外面還有一個小花園呢！氣氛非常好！
座位沒有很多，所以要先預定！一份午餐包括了小甜點、前菜、主食和飲料。不得不稱讚的是，日本人的刀工實在太利害，居然能把蔬菜切得這麼薄！還有，當天的主食其實是炸蔬菜，利害的是蔬菜經過油炸後，居然還能保持它的鮮味？！裡面有一兩款蔬菜是我本來不喜歡吃的，可是被他們這樣做手腳後，我全都吃光光了！
我另外還點了一個生機旦糕(祼旦糕)，無論賣相還是味道都超美味，坐對面的日本朋友 Yohei 也忍不住要嚐一口呢！
整體來說，Stardust是一家很有藝術感和個性的純素店，很適合和三五知己在這一起「虛渡光陰」或者一個人來沉澱一下也不錯，如果我住在京都，這家店大概會成為我的第二個「家」！

Stardust is a super high-quality hidden vegan cafe & boutique. I almost miss this one because it was not on my list. Fortunately, my Japanese friend Yohei invited us to have a lunch here! It is located in the quiet side of the residential area on the north side of Kyoto City.
The cafe is very special, its building is actually transformed from the traditional Japanese Machiya. So it is quite old inside, I feel like I went to the past Japan, the cafe is a bit dark, there are a few different crystals on the wooden table, there is also a small garden outside! The atmosphere is very good!
There aren't many seats, so please reserve a spot first! A lunch set consists of a small dessert, starter, main course and drinks. I have to say that the skills of cutting up veggies of Japanese is really amazing, see how thin the veggie is! Also, the main course of the day is actually fried vegetables. Even the vegetables are being fried, it can still maintain its fresh taste? ! How could it be possible? There are one or two vegetables in it that I didn't like to eat, but I finished them all because the taste is just too good!
I also ordered a raw cake, it was pretty and so delicious, my Japanese friend Yohei who's sitting opposite can not stay to try a small bite!
On the whole, Stardust is a vegan cafe with a sense of art and personality. It is very suitable for bringing a few good friends to gather here together to just enjoy the food and the air. It's also good to come here alone to daydreaming. If I live in Kyoto, this cafe probably will become my second "home"!
