最近學校在放暑假,我也樂得天天在家翻滾看日劇,老公看我一直都沒出門就帶我來半月灣逛逛順便吃我很愛的龍蝦麵包(Lobster Roll),滿滿的龍蝦肉絕對是海鮮愛好者的天堂🎣🎣,有沒有看到龍蝦肉還多到掉下來到盤子上?
而且我發現店家用的都是蟹鉗沒有蟹身,也許是取其柔軟的口感,蟹身應該會脆脆的比較沒那麼搭(其實是蟹身比較好賣錢,被拿去作主菜了);我大概吃出來他們的調味手法,希望下次自己在家做也能做出相同的美味!
