4g Baking Powder, aluminum-free (0.14 oz)
40 g Granulated Sugar (1.4 oz)
60 ml Water (2.0 fl oz)
250 g Red Bean Paste, 25g/0.88 oz per piece (8.8 oz)
Cake Flour, for dusting
Frying Oil
* 1 tablespoon (tbsp) = 15 ml, 1 teaspoon (tsp) = 5 ml
