剛好是這棟的屋主我想要平反一下。
只憑這幾點就要罵遠雄，我是覺得原PO要嘛每天被興富發吵得不得安寧，要嘛只是個租戶？
浴室容易聽到樓上水聲這個笑笑就好，油漆裂痕這個我倒是好奇其他建案經歷100-200戶的裝潢施工，不會有類似狀況？
至於你家緊鄰興富發基地將近你兩三倍大的工地，剛好還在挖地下室，是能多安靜XD？
剛脫離魯空的我，剛開始對自家也是多所抱怨，直到聽到一些工班讚賞建材扎實，還有建商朋友的推薦，才開始有些信心
也因為買了這間，我以為單坪價格30-40的區間，就是應該要買到
1.台中蛋黃區50公尺捷運宅 影城宅 公園宅的好地段
2.全室YKK雙層膠合玻璃
3.17cm以上樓板厚度
4.全套德國進口廚具衛浴
5.每戶獨立的全室淨水設備(就是陽台那組
6.“室內”溫水游泳池烤箱蒸氣室按摩SPA
7.真的有球池和溜滑梯的兒童遊戲室
可惜小弟只是個八年級的首購，當初預算不夠在這裡只買了個兩房，也因為成家不斷在看台中五期八期的新案，想要之後換中大坪數，但只能說新案是越看越失望。
我就拿八期的新案來舉例：
1.永春東路登陽豐之丘，剛開案時了解，開單坪40萬左右，價格硬，氣密窗用大同單層(面永春東路和文心南路你敢信？)，建材沒特別，樓板厚度15CM，一樓有店面，公設芳療按摩室什麼的一點都不實用
2.興富發文心愛悅、親家one city更不用說了，都是開價高，戶梯比也高的飯店宅，建材更沒辦法跟這區10年內新房比
老實說房子好不好，是比較出來的，憑良心說你在台中要同價位買比這間好的，大概只能跑去北屯買惠宇了。公設要找到室內泳池和能用的兒童遊戲室，更可能要再花個兩倍預算。
當初我們也是一堆住戶買文心匯二期，只可惜後來賣給了興富發，真是可惜了一大塊地…
