Kalau nak cicah dengan kari ikan, kurma daging, sambal tumis bilis petai, ikan rebus goreng pun meriaaaah! 😍👨🍳🥞🍯
Bahan-bahan:
2 tbs tepung gandum
3 tbs Quaker Oats cepat dimasak
A pinch of salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1.5 cups @marigolduhtmilkmy
1 tbs mixed citrus peels
1 tbs kepingan badam

[What I eat in a day? 我一天吃什麼?] #tbt leg day and no cardio.
Morning: hot green tea (not gonna call it breakfast coz its not breakfast, no food here!!)
Lunch: wanna eat something outside so added a salad to make myself happy. Love pret coz they have calories and nutrition info for easy tracking, had only a little bit of the dressing by dipping + achim original flavoured instant chicken breast
Sweet treat after lunch 午餐後甜點:as usual! chocolate brownie ice cream (whey protein powder mix with unsweetened almond milk) + almond butter + black coffee 與平常一樣巧克力布朗尼雪糕(蛋白粉與無糖杏仁奶拌勻)+ 杏仁醬 + 黑咖啡
Food before leaving office: steamed - spinach + chicken breast (smoked paprika flavoured, home marinated) + choy sum
Pre-training: abt 150g a relatively huge portion of cooked white rice + instant beef tenderloin from tryr
Post-training when home: choy sum +
Tumeric flavoured chicken breast (home marinated, airfried)
Sweet treats before bed: baked a small oatcake for myself with rolled oats + pb + unsweetened almond milk + baking powder (recipe see story highlight), top with pb, 0kcal maple syrup + some nuts - match with hot green tea

BREAKFAST - Mushroom Egg Muffins (6 muffins)
1) 6 Eggs - 468cals
2) 1/2 Red Bell Pepper, diced
3) 1/4 cup Mushroom, diced
4) 1/2 can of Tuna
5) 1/2 tsp. Cajun Seasoning
6) Salt & Pepper to taste
Per Egg Muffin - 94Cals
LUNCH - Asian Salmon Stir Fry (serves 2)
1) 1 Salmon Fillet, cut into cubes
2) 1/2 cup Green Beans, trimmed & sliced
3) 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
4) 2 garlic Cloves, minced
5) 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce, divided
6) 1 tsp. Sesame Oil
7) Spring Onions, chopped
Soba Noodles & Edamame Salad (Serves 2)
1) 90g uncooked soba noodles
2) 1/4 cup Edamame, unshelled
3) 1/2 tbsp. Sesame Seeds
4) 1 tsp. Sesame Oil
5) 1 tsp. Chilli Flakes
6) Spring Onions
TOTAL LUNCH CALORIES - 470Cals
DINNER - Steamed Soy Ginger Barramundi (serves 2)
1) 1 Barramundi Fillet (about 12oz), or other white fish of your choice
2) 1/4 cup Ginger, finely sliced
3) 1/4 cup Spring Onions, sliced
4) 2 Small Chillies, chopped
5) 1 tsp. Sesame Oil
6) 1 tsp. Soy Sauce
Stir-Fried Mixed Vegetables (serves 3)
1) 1 Head Broccoli, cut into florets
2) 1 Carrot, thinly sliced
3) 1/2 Red Bell Pepper, sliced
4) 2 Garlic Cloves
5) 1/2 tsp. Sesame Oil
6) 1/2 tsp. Soy Sauce
7) 1/2 tsp. Chili flakes

GAIZZZZ SOB! Macam MCO 3.0 nak kejadian ni!!!
With kes COVID-19 on a rise, the prospect of making the ????? ??????? journey to celebrate the coming Hari Raya with loved ones seem so GRIM. So again, it’s going to be a cosy but SAFE celebration here at the #IkingAzmi abode. But unlike last year, where I was in my confinement and we ordered our Raya meals - I’m starting my own family tradition by cooking the WHOLE Raya “feast” with the kids! This is a HUGE for Noob Cook like @gramforthecook hokays?!
I prefer to shop for my groceries online - partially cause I want to delegate chores like shopping for more productive stuff. Also, I’m trying to stay safe at home. Just don’t want to take the risk of going out unnecessarily.

65g egg white
70g granulated sugar
Food coloring
70g almond flour
70g powdered sugar
150℃ 13 min. small macaroons
24 min. large macaroons
➢Crème à la rose
2 egg whites
100g granulated sugar
230g unsalted butter
Rose aroma and essence
*Need to adjust the amount.
2 egg yolks
40g granulated sugar
100g milk
➢Fruits
18 strawberries
Raspberries, pomegranates, etc.

・Macaron
Warm up the egg white and granulated sugar at 50 ° C and add the food colouring to make a meringue.
2) 4:31
Add the grind almonds from 1) and powdered sugar, then mix it with a rubber spatula.
Mix until just before the traces of dropping the dough disappear slowly.

Fill a pastry bag with 2) and squeeze the dough into a 15 cm circle. Make small macaroons with the remaining dough.

Piled up two oven plates. Bake at 150 ° C for small macaroons for 13 minutes and 150 ° C for large macaroons for 24 minutes.
