This workout should be done every training day for 20 minutes strait with only a few water breaks. The key is to always keep the bag swinging forward by pushing, punching, kicking etc., dont worry to much about form or technique, just keep hitting the bag and after your 20 minute workout you can practice your technique, and combos at your own pace on the heavy bag.
