Gearbox Software ได้ประกาศเปิดตัว Season Pass 2 ของ Borderlands 3 โดยจะประกอบไปด้วย DLC ใหม่ 2 ตัว ที่แต่ละตัวจะมีเนื้อหาคอนเทนต์ใหม่ๆ ให้กับตัวเกม ที่ทางผู้พัฒนากล่าวว่า "จะไม่เหมือนเนื้อหาใดๆ ที่พวกเขาเคยทำมาก่อนเลย" โดย DLC แรกมีกำหนดออกในเวลาไม่ถึง 1 เดือนนับจากนี้
