道具: 運動鞋, 高強度運動內衣, 瑜珈墊
課程: HIIT 高強度間歇性運動, 50 秒使盡吃奶的力, 10 秒休息
注意:
1. 片中原地跑步是有氧的部份, 可以空手跳, 高膝跑, 空手跳繩, 開合跳, 攀岩者甚至是波比或深蹲跳, 都可以做為替換. 重點是要一直動, 太喘就慢一點原地走也OK.
2. 全程核心要緊繃用力, 背不要駝, 要記得打直.
3. 速度以自己可以接受為準, 不用為了趕上她的速度而姿勢打折, 寧可做慢一點動作小一點姿勢正確比較重要.
4. 裡面有伏地挺身的時候可以改成著膝版或不要趴下去撐著, 第一個動作腳無法架高就在地上做也可以. 單腳趴著前後跳可以改成雙腳會比較簡單.

Hello, my friends! It's time to train your legs & glute.........AGAIN !!!!
Today we will use the mini band to increase the intensity of the workout, but if you don't have one, you can just use your bodyweight. No worries.
There are total 5 exercises in this workout. Each exercise is performed for 30s and followed by 30s rest, 1 round in total.
