Free will is not a scam.
God already knew all the actions we would choose to take, and He planned His own actions to lead us all to the best possible outcome—probably the highest number of people being saved. That is what predestination is.
“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ; even as he chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we would be holy and without defect before him in love; having predestined us for adoption as children through Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his desire,” (Ephesians 1:3-5 WEB)
Predestination is not about how some people are made for Heaven and others are made to go to Hell.
God loves all of us. He made each and every one of us like an intricate embroidered work while we were in our mothers’ wombs. He designed us to be beautiful and unique.
“For you formed my inmost being. You knit me together in my mother’s womb. I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well. My frame wasn’t hidden from you, when I was made in secret, woven together in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw my body. In your book they were all written, the days that were ordained for me, when as yet there were none of them.” (Psalms 139:13-16 WEB)
Unfortunately due to the fall, the flesh is tainted by sin from conception and that is why people are born with deformities and flaws. God made you perfectly, but sin in the blood distorts what He designed.
An illustration to help you understand: you can be a great artist who draws beautiful pieces of digital art, but if your only printer is faulty, the art will still come out blotchy and ugly, with patches of ink splattered everywhere. Adam damaged the printer when he sinned against God.
“The Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness; but is patient with us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.” (2 Peter 3:9 WEB)
It is clear in the New Testament that God’s will is for all to be saved through faith in Jesus Christ, but when you give “free will” to a creature, you must let it choose, even if it chooses the self-destructive path.
Even though He knew that not everyone would accept Jesus as Lord, Jesus still bore everyone’s sins at the cross, and was punished for them, so that the cross is truly an open invitation for salvation to all. No one has been excluded—anyone can receive salvation if they choose to place their faith in Jesus.
God can give unbelievers many opportunities to know the Gospel and experience His goodness, but He cannot force them to make Jesus their Lord and Savior.
For us believers, God leads us by His Spirit every day. He prompts us to do the right thing and teaches us about Himself through His Word. We still have free will, and we can choose whether to follow the Spirit, or to be driven by our flesh.
Following God’s leading will always bring you to the best possible outcome for your life. He has your eternity in mind, to confer you the best eternal rewards, so that your joy will be made full. We have a good Abba God, so obey His promptings and believe that He wants you to receive the very best!

KINH NGHIỆM TÌM THỰC TẬP Ở CHÂU ÂU

Đầu tiên là một chút disclaimer:
Đây chỉ là câu chuyện riêng của mình, profile mỗi người mỗi khác nên các bạn đọc tham khảo thui nhé. Rất mong các anh chị đi trước nếu có kinh nghiệm xin thực tập xin hãy chia sẻ với vạn đầu em nhỏ với ạ hihi 🌼
Kinh nghiệm xin thực tập của mình
Năm ngoái (2019), cũng như bao người, mình chật vật tìm internship. Mình bắt đầu apply rải rác từ tháng 12, 2018 nhưng tất cả đều từ chối. Cho đến tháng 4, 2019 mình tập trung rải đơn mỗi ngày 10 cái, cuối tuần 50 cái. Không chỉ rải ở Pháp, mình rải qua Bỉ, lấn sân sang Hà Lan, dây dưa qua Ý và lây lan qua Đức... Sau 3 tuần liên tiếp thì mình nhận được khoảng 5-6 assessment test invitation và hơn 400 rejections 🤭😂
—> Bài học 1: Cứ rải đơn đi vì cuộc đời cho phép và không nản chí khi bị từ chối.
Tuy nhiên, cũng nên chọn lọc trước khi nộp không lại mất thời gian nhé. Ít nhất là nên bỏ qua những job không liên quan đến background của mình và không đòi tiếng Pháp lưu loát.
Mình thường tìm offer ở đâu?
Theo thứ tự ưu tiên:
- LinkedIn (không chỉ trong mục job mà hãy follow các professors của trường vì họ hay post offers lắm)
- Website của công ty (trong đầu biết đến tên công ty nào thì lên thẳng career platform của nó để tìm luôn cho nhanh, đây là cách mình tìm được vị trí hiện tại)
- igora của KEDGE (trường mình học) và Glassdoor - đây là một platform kết hợp giữa trường và glassdoor
- Nhóm cựu sinh viên của lớp/ngành trong trường
- Cac Professors dạy mình
- Bạn bè (có mấy đứa nó giỏi và có quá nhiều offer, hỏi nó hông nhận cái nào thì chỉ cho mình 😂)
—> Bài học 2: Không bỏ qua bất cứ một nguồn nào dù là hy vọng mong manh
Trong các bước tiếp theo ví dụ như digital interview và skype interview thì mình rụng bớt chỉ còn có 3 tia sáng trong cuộc đời. Amazon Luxembourg đã say bye bye với mình. Rồi một ngày đẹp trời mình được GSK Bỉ offer. Vì nghĩ không nên tham sẽ bị thâm nên mình nhận luôn chứ không dám mong chờ gì hơn. 10 ngày sau khi mình accept offer đấy thì P&G Đức gửi offer 😭.
—> Bài học 3: Khi phỏng vấn hãy thật bình tĩnh và coi như đó là cuộc nói chuyện bình thường giữa bạn bè với nhau chia sẻ về kinh nghiệm việc làm thui. Như vậy mình mới dễ giữ được chính mình 😬 và lan toả sự chân thành đến người tuyển dụng.
—> Bài học quan trọng nhất: Đừng tự ti về profile của mình vì ai cũng có thế mạnh riêng hết. Không phù hợp với chỗ này sẽ phù hợp với chỗ khác. Chẳng việc gì mà không dám apply vào mấy công ty lớn cả.

How to complete the Eyes on Target mission for Mendoza in Hitman 3
In the Hitman 3 contract Mendoza, which occurs in Argentina, you are tasked with taking down two targets, Tamara Vidal and Don Archibald Yates. However, there is a mission in the level where you can use Don Yates’ sniper team for your causes. It will include being sneaky, but you will have taken out a target without even getting your hands dirty when done. Here is how to complete the Eyes on Target mission for Mendoza in Hitman 3. When you first start up the level, either talk to Diana and accept her invitation to the party, or grab one of the other multiple invitations found in the level. There is an easy one you can grab on a ledge by a party goer near the tree that the lawyer is at. You need to sneak past the checkpoint filled with armed soldiers. If you climb over the left fence, you can crouch, walk your way past all of them, and climb through a window. Walk through the hallway here, but be careful. If you are spotted anywhere here, you will immediately start a gunfight.
Immediately outside of the hallway is a gaucho patrolling back and forth and will stop to talk to another gaucho through a window. If you use the forklift alarm on the right, you can get him on his own and steal his disguise. Now that you are disguised, make your way up the nearby stairway until you find two snipers talking about the orders they have. Don Yates hired these men, so you cannot use them to shoot him, but with the use of your camera, you can trick them into shooting Tamara Vidal. Make your way down the stairway again and sneak to the vehicle in the field to grab an earpiece to communicate with the sniper team. There will be two noticers on top of you here, so use something to distract them for a few seconds so you can grab the earpiece.
When you grab the earpiece, you are given a chance for a small tutorial, so you understand how to command the snipers to shoot. You need to pull out your camera and scan a target. Your practice target here can be one of the watermelons on the nearby table, which will earn you another mission reward if you scan and direct them to fire on it. Note: you need to keep the gaucho disguise on from this point forward because apparently, the sniper team can see you through the earpiece? Now that you are kitted out with what you need, it is time to go to the party. You can walk your way back through the hallway and checkpoint we used to get here in the first place; be sure to avoid the sight of any noticers. Present your invitation to the man out front, and you can walk right into the party. Make your way to where Tamara Vidal is. She is located very close to Diana, with three bodyguards in the immediate vicinity who will notice you if spotted. Scan Vidal and then talk to Diana without the guards seeing you, and Agent 47 will tell her to lead them into the garden. At this point forward, you will want at least one blunt object so you can knock out the guards.
Follow behind the group, and they will begin to split up slightly. You need to take all three out without alerting the other guards or Vidal. If you jump into the patch of flowers on the left, you can crouch down and wait for the center guard to walk to the railing on the far left. Take him out first, then the one in front of you. Finally, take out the guard on the right, and if no one saw you, you can now give the command to the sniper team to shoot Vidal. She will be launched over the railing, so you do not even need to hide the body.

好高興有機會參加YouTube的CreatorSpotlight 2020！
拍咗YouTube片已經好幾年，好高興接受這個邀請，馬上投入拍攝一週，不眠不休。其實無人話過要拍啲咩驚天地泣鬼神嘅大製作，但係你哋對我都非常了解。我最叻簡單複雜化，搬石頭砸自己腳。所以我決定製作在家DIY音樂視頻！
這個視頻的概念是使用日常的香港物件重新製作許多人都知道和喜愛的俄羅斯方塊主題曲。
這首歌只用了一些日常用品來製作，例如一隻公雞碗，筷子，茶餐廳膠杯，微型玩具的士，一些玻璃珠和最常見的廣東話單詞 -「喂」(由我的朋友@麗英LaiYing親自演繹)，再加啲充滿了香港霓虹燈的視覺效果。呢啲都係我無覺好訓的原因。
在製作視頻的過程中，我討厭自己總係自討苦吃，但現在有了最終版本，我非常之滿意！結果不可能更好，我盡了最大的努力。

This year I was selected to be one of the Creators in CreatorSpotlightHK 2020 for YouTube!
Having done YouTube for many years now , I was excited to accept this invitation and dive into a sleepless week of development and creation . I mean nobody every said it has to be rocket science , but you guys know me so well by now and I don’t do well with SIMPLE or BASIC. I also wanted to give this project my best since I was so excited to be invited by YouTube, so I came up with this idea of a DIY home made music video!
The concept of this video was to use daily Hong Kong objects to re-create a Russian Tetris song that many of you know and love.
The song was made using only a few objects such as a rooster decorated bowl of rice, chopsticks , iconic local restaurant plastic cup , miniature toy version of a Hong Kong / Kowloon side red taxi, some marbles and one of the most common words “wei” performed by my friend and colleague @麗英 LaiYing and it was all seasoned with Hong Kong's neon lights visual effects. All of that was a recipe for my sleepless nights...
Half way through of making the video I hated myself for ever deciding to do this , but now having the final product , I absolutely LOVE IT! It couldn’t possibly turn out better and I did my absolute best .

It was 1983. I just turned 7. That morning I was sent to school. I forgot now how I exactly felt. I’m sure I was feeling excited & anxious at the same time. But I remember how my father held my hand & walked with me to my classroom. Darjah 1 Biru. I remember that. I remember how my father helped to choose a desk for me. Yes Daddy, I know how much you wanted me to be successful, hence you put me right at the front of the classroom ?
November 2019. I was invited for a motivational talk for the students at SK Zainab 1. It was a prestigious event sponsored by SMO Bookstore. I wanted to accept, but the audience was too young for my experience. I wanted to decline, but that particular school was...my old school! I had a terrible dilemma, but that didn’t last long. I happily (yet nervously) said yes! I’ve been giving motivational talks to so many groups of people - from managers, leaders, frontline staff, academics, to university students. But this time, I‘d be speaking to my youngest audience ever - primary school students, age 7-12. How could I say no to an invitation that would bring me back to my old school?
Sunday 17 Nov 2019. I stepped into the school again after 35 years. I purposely brought my father with me. I held his hand, walked with him side-by-side, like the old days. Just that, this time we were escorted. We were brought to a large hall. My father was seated right at the front. I was so honoured, not only by the invitation, but also the opportunity to speak to a huge crowd right before my father! It was truly an honour.
I finished my talk after over an hour. I didn’t expect such positive feedback! I prepared my material in such a way that it would attract the students’ attention - from the title of my talk to the slideshow. I’m so pleased that it was a success! Alhamdulillah. I had SO many kisses on my hand. One after another. MashaAllah. It was truly an honour ??
