[รีวิว] ไม่บ่อยนักนะคะที่เราจะมีโอกาสพูดคุยกับสถาปนิกอย่างยาวนาน ถกการออกแบบโครงการตั้งแต่เริ่มซื้อที่ดินไปจนถึงการออกแบบอย่างละเอียด โอกาสนี้เกิดจากการที่เราได้ไปรีวิวโครงการ I-NINE POOL VILLA หมู่บ้านจัดสรรบนทำเลใจกลางเมืองย่านสุทธิสาร ที่เน้นความเป็นส่วนตัวในการอยู่อาศัยด้วยจำนวนเพื่อนบ้านเพียง 14 หลัง

จากระยะ MRT สุทธิสาร ถึงโครงการประมาณ 1.3 km. นับว่าเป็นโปรดักส์บ้านในทำเลเดียวกับพวกคอนโดมิเนียมอย่าง Maestro 19, Fuse Miti สุทธิสาร, The Excel รัชดา 17 ที่อยู่ในซอยสุทธิสารเลย แถมถูกโอบล้อมด้วยถนนหลักถึง 3 สายทั้งรัชดาฯ, ลาดพร้าว,วิภาวดีรังสิต ทำเลจึงเป็นจุดแข็งอย่างหนึ่งของโครงการนี้

ความน่าสนใจอีกอย่างคือเค้าเป็นโครงการปิด จึงมีความปลอดภัยมากกว่าบ้านเดี่ยวใจกลางเมืองทั่วไป มีรั้วรอบขอบชิด รปภ.ดูแล 24 ชั่วโมง แถมมี Clubhouse ให้ใช้งาน การออกแบบบ้านมีดีเทลเยอะมากกก สปอยล์คร่าวๆ ว่าเหมาะกับคนที่อยากให้พื้นที่นั่งเล่น ทานข้าว สระว่ายน้ำและสวนด้านหลังบ้านเชื่อมเข้าหากัน ซึ่งเราจะได้ยินเสียงน้ำตกจากหลังบ้านดังเข้ามาในตัวบ้านเลย และรองรับการอยู่อาศัยครบ 3 Generations ค่ะ

#HannahEdSharing - Có 1 thứ trường học cung cấp FREE mà em có thể chưa biết đến

Ở một số trường đại học, các bạn sinh viên sẽ được cấp email giáo dục. Đó là những mail có tên miền "@edu", được đưa vào hệ thống quản lý giảng dạy. Đây là phương thức giao tiếp giữa sinh viên và nhà trường có tính bảo mật cao, đồng thời cũng cho thấy sự chuyên nghiệp hơn. Email sinh viên sẽ có dạng: mãsinhviên@sv.têntrường.edu.vn

Thông thường, sinh viên cũng chỉ coi email này như bình thường, hoặc đi xin việc thì dùng vì sẽ "khoe khéo" được nơi mình đang học. Nhưng email có tên miền @edu không chỉ có công dụng như vậy đâu! Hãy cùng chị tìm hiểu kĩ hơn về những công dụng tiềm ẩn phía sau chiếc account này nhé.

1. Không giới hạn thời gian sử dụng Zoom mỗi tiết

Trong tình hình dịch bệnh căng thẳng, chúng ta hẳn đã rất quen với ứng dụng Zoom vì nó giúp học sinh, sinh viên tham gia các buổi học trực tuyến, giúp các công ty thực hiện những buổi họp online.

Tuy nhiên, khi mới ra mắt, thời lượng truy cập mỗi lần của ứng dụng chỉ đạt tối đa 40 phút/lần và điều này đã gây ra không ít khó khăn cho người dùng. Vì vậy, Zoom đã ra chính sách hợp tác với các đơn vị giáo dục, cho phép người dùng truy cập với thời lượng không bị giới hạn khi sử dụng email với tên miền “@edu”.

2. Dung lượng Google Drive lên đến 100TB

Đối với những người chơi hệ thích chụp ảnh, các kho lưu trữ trên điện thoại đã quá tải, lo sợ giữ file trên máy tính sẽ có ngày mất hết vì virus thì việc có tài khoản Google Drive với dung lượng 100TB quá là tuyệt vời luôn.

3. Office 365 miễn phí hoàn toàn

Sử dụng email với đuôi “@edu”, các bạn sinh viên sẽ được trải nghiệm Microsoft Office 365 (bao gồm Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook,...) miễn phí 100% mà không cần phải lo ngại chi phí.

4. Nhiều ưu đãi miễn phí khi sử dụng ứng dụng GitHub

GitHub được biết đến là một hệ thống quản lý dự án và phiên bản code, hoạt động giống như một mạng xã hội cho lập trình viên, là một dịch vụ nổi tiếng cung cấp kho lưu trữ mã nguồn Git cho các dự án phần mềm.

Những ưu đãi lên đến hàng nghìn đô đối với tài khoản thường nhưng với email giáo dục thì lại miễn phí hoàn toàn như: awseducate, digital ocean, bootstrap, canva (trong đó có cả canva pro), techdomain,…

5. Một vài khóa học miễn phí trên Coursera

Coursera là nền tảng giáo dục online hàng đầu được tạo bởi 2 giáo sư khoa học máy tính thuộc ĐH Stanford là Andrew Ng và Daphne Koller. Nó cho phép người học đăng ký vào các khóa học, chuyên về một lĩnh vực mà họ chọn và nghiên cứu các môn học có ích. Với tài khoản có tên miền @edu, bạn sẽ được miễn phí một số khóa học trên ứng dụng Coursera.

6. Chỉ cần trả phí 50% khi sử dụng ứng dụng Evernote

Evernote là một công cụ quản lý ghi chú phổ biến hiện nay, thu thập thông tin bạn cần dưới dạng văn bản, hình ảnh,... Evernote có nhiều tính năng đa dạng giúp bạn lưu, tìm kiếm thông tin nhanh chóng và dễ dàng như: tìm kiếm văn bản trong hình ảnh, chia sẻ ghi chú cũng như chat với bạn bè, quét tài liệu bằng Scannable,…

Đặc biệt, ứng dụng vô cùng tiện ích này sẽ giảm 50% cho người dùng sử dụng tài khoản email giáo dục.

7. Sử dụng Apple Music với mức giá chỉ 29.000 đồng/tháng

Ngoài những tiện ích về mặt học tập thì tài khoản email với đuôi “@edu” còn cung cấp những ưu đãi chất lượng đến từ những dịch vụ online.

Một trong số đó chính là việc sử dụng Apple Music - dịch vụ thuê bao nhạc số, cho phép người dùng đăng ký thuê bao để nghe nhạc trực tuyến theo dạng truyền tải (streaming) hay nghe lại sau (download) chỉ với 29 nghìn đồng/tháng.

When you’re up against the best of the best, don’t even set your eyes on them. Comparison is toxic and it just stirs up the flesh to use ungodly ways to get ahead.
