It's okay to have your own space and enjoy your privacy sometimes. But if there's anything bothering and stressing you out, talk to someone you trust. Ask for help if you need to. Dont let bottled emotions affect your mental wellbeing.
On the other hand, don't forget to check on your friends too. Just a text, asking them #AreYouOK? could cheer them up and they can feel a little less alone in this world, especially now when it’s hard to connect in person.
Let's be kind to one another. So, Let’s TALK!

It turns out that crocodiles will appear in the sea? Can crocodiles live in the sea? I have always thought that I would appear in the swampy forests and large lakes! Or is it a different species of crocodile?.
Because of the huge crocodiles appearing in the Penang Strait in my hometown.
But I don’t understand why humans want to catch them? It was originally their home, not that they affect us humans, but we humans affect them for fishing!
Everyone says that crocodile is a very ferocious reptile, which will cause humans to be dangerous. Everyone thinks crocodile is terrible, but I personally think that human beings are more terrifying!
Just like in other countries, even if huge crocodiles appear on the golf course, they will not particularly catch them, because they think that it is the place where crocodiles live in nature. In order to protect themselves, they have to escape from the scene when they see the crocodiles! There is no need to catch them.

Welcome to this channel, My name is Yvonne. I'm a soap maker in Taiwan, if you like my videos, pls. subscribe and click the bell for notification.
If you are new to soap making, pls. make sure you read the SDS of sodium hydroxide carefully and put on your gloves, mask and google to protect yourself before starting.
I made 3 batches of this design for the video. First batch, I tried to use infused oils, but the color was too light and I had to add some colorants before pouring in mold. Second batch was quite a success, but I lost some clips while editing, so I made the third batch to re-film the lost parts. That's why you may find some color difference, and I believe it won't affect your understanding. ^^

“Democracy is a failure” - that’s the narrative the Chinese Communist Party has been trying to plant over the past year and hopes to take root in international discourse and in the minds of its 1.4 billion citizens. This disinformation has heavy implications for democracy in Taiwan, and it’s never been as serious as it is now.
CCP disinformation methods are detailed in a report issued late last year titled “Deafening Whispers” by Doublethink Lab, a Taiwanese organization whose mission is to strengthen democracy through digital defense. The report has just been made available in English.
This interview was recorded in January 2021 when the Chinese-version of the report was first published.
Online disinformation and influence operations affect offline real-world defense and security. Fake news is a global issue and this is The Taiwan Take. Today’s guest is Dr. Puma Shen (沈伯洋), chairman of Doublethink Lab (台灣民主實驗室) and an assistant professor at National Taipei University.

I share my story about mental illness with Dr Farihah of HDOK , Sandakan.
I think first of all, I would like to clarify what STIGMA and DISCRIMINATION means because sometimes the two are confused with each other.
STIGMA - someone sees you in a negative way because of your mental illness
DISCRIMINATION - someone treats you in a negative way because of your mental illness
So STIGMA happens when a person defines someone by their illness rather than WHO they are as an individual. For example, they might be labelled “psychotic” rather than “a person experiencing psychosis”.
Second is to understand what is a mental illness
There are many different conditions that are recognised as mental illnesses. The more common types are:
Anxiety disorders
Mood disorders (eg Bipolar)
Psychotic disorders - hallucinations, delusions , schizophrenia
Eating disorders - Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge eating
Impulse Control & Addiction disorders (kleptomaniac, pyromania, compulsive gambling)
Personality disorders
OCS
PTSD
Seven Things You Can Do to Reduce Stigma
* Know the facts. Educate yourself about mental illness including substance use disorders.
* Be aware of your attitudes and behaviour. Examine your own judgmental thinking, reinforced by upbringing and society.
* Choose your words carefully. The way we speak can affect the attitudes of others.
* Educate others. Pass on facts and positive attitudes; challenge myths and stereotypes.
* Focus on the positive. Mental illness, including addictions, are only part of anyone's larger picture.
* Support people. Treat everyone with dignity and respect; offer support and encouragement.
* Include everyone. It's against the law to deny jobs or services to anyone with these health issues.
