為了拍攝，地方媽媽睽違一年多沒超人飛、沒上障礙台，一次全部復出使出來，有成功、有炸水、有無力感。然後啊然後⋯媽咪威～隔天兒子快要抱不起來，全身上下痠痛到不行，所謂腦袋以為自己可以，身體其實不行完全展現！

I haven’t hit kicker nor done air raley over a year after pregnancy. And for a video shoot I needed to do it few days ago. So I did some, I got some, I failed some. And the next day.....I can barely hold my baby boy, I am sooooo soreeeeee. Apparently I overestimated my body’s strength 😅😅😅

這篇寫英文，因為你們都懂抓周是什麼啦，而且絕對比我還清楚，我其實去到小村日和的時候才知道原來抓周不只是抓東西，還有一連串的習俗要做
So in many Asian cultures there is often a first birthday ceremony that entails a big family/friends gathering along with a fortune-telling activity. There are photography studios that specialize in capturing these special moments at the “Zhua-Zhou” celebration.
Many months ago, I came across a deal for a family portrait photo shoot (around $70USD for 20 digital files). The package included themed Zhua-Zhou with costumes. I was very intrigued, who doesn’t want to put their bub in a costume and have photos taken by a professional?! So I booked the photo shoot and chose the Japanese themed Zhua-Zhou photo shoot. Why? Because yukatas are cuter than boy Qi-paos (pronounced chee-pao) in my opinion, aaand because I wasn’t sure if I’d fit into a Qi-pao by the time of the photo shoot.
The “Japanese themed Zhou-Zhua” started with “cleansing of the hands”, followed by “drawing an o-mikuji”, which is a lucky proverb written on bamboo sticks and it tells your future.
If I were to choose the Chinese themed Zhua-Zhou, we would’ve rang a gong to symbolize blessing for the little one instead of washing the baby’s hands, which symbolizes respect for the upcoming ceremony. In the Korean themed Zhua-Zhou, you’d beat a drum to pass on blessings to the gods.
Then, we touched some green onions hanging from a string.
Wait, what? Green onions?
Yea those were my thoughts exactly.
I was so confused when they wanted Jarvie to hold onto some green onion prop that they had prepared.
So apparently the word for green onions “cong” (pronounced “tsong”) has the same sound as “cong-ming”, which means smart in Chinese. So touching the green onions symbolizes knowledge and wisdom blessings to the child.

當時真的是走在路上，隨便都聽得到這首歌～
副歌旋律輕快，讓人印象深刻，輕快鄉村曲風唱著你是我的王子、我是你的公主，這樣的女孩憧憬愛情，讓本來以悲劇作結的羅密歐茱麗葉被改寫，用愛克服眼前的萬難，擁有幸福快樂的結局。
時隔10年，我再透過小提琴溫潤而飽滿的旋律表現，好像為這首歌從更成熟的角度，賦予更多層次情感～就是年紀大了，經歷了很多事情，回看當年，很難再像以前懵懂而單純，懷著對愛情、對世界的無限想像，但老了也不是壞事啦，更多的也許是坦然的胸懷，可以用更從容的方式面對人生的諸多悲歡離合。（聽完這首歌各位也是老了4分鐘 哈哈）

Bet lots of you fell in love with Taylor Swift because of this song. It's a big hit then.
The melody itself is impressive saying that you are my prince and I am your princess.
It's literally the romantic love song that every girl would dream to meet their Mr. Rights and the song just rewrote the ending of Romeo and Juliet with a happily ever after one.
After 10 years, I cover the song with my violin through the gentle expression, which seems to give the song another layers of emotion from a more mature perspective.
But anyways, I have experienced sooooo many things these years. When looking back, I was apparently not the boy and hardly can I see the world with the naive eyes.
It’s not a bad thing to get old tho. After all, we can face those ups and downs in the life with calmness in mind so let's celebrate getting older together =]

Apparently all these labor inducing tips are all myths. I've been exhausting my body to induce the baby naturally and eating spicy food to speed up the process but it turns out it's not going to help get the baby out sooner. I guess you just gotta incubate and wait till when the baby wants to get out. For now I'm just going to keep at it with the gardening and build my stamina for the actual labor!

Received some cute clothes from my friends this past weekend. Apparently babies grow really fast so clothes will only last a few months or less. There's so many things to prepare for the babies arrival and little by little we will get there. One baby step at a time.
