Villa Thái Công ở Sài Gòn tiếp tục lên tạp chí quốc tế: https://creativehomex.com/thai-cong-villa/
Thai Cong Villa is a daring experiment. With an all-black kitchen, the whole house is filled with a cinematic and artistic atmosphere. Everything depicts a life full of inspiration, passion, luxury and splendour, right down to the smallest detail.
Brimming with artistic details, this breathtaking villa belonging to interior designers Quách Thái Công and Huy Yves is located just a pleasant walk away from their design office. Like many other luxury houses in Thao Dien, a peninsula on the Saigon River in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, the villa is quiet, isolated and discreet from the front. However, with Thai Cong’s signature touch, the designers have found a way to surprise visitors with a sophisticated and delicate interior theme.
The outdoor space welcomes visitors with a row of green plants opening onto a discreet path that leads to the house. The path creates an immediate contrast with the hall, which has been renovated for easy navigation. From there, the designers applied spatial layers that are closely connected – components that are all the necessary basic elements but not ostentatious. Designed to skillfully direct guests’ emotions, the airy yet tight space keeps opening and closing, creating a rich experience.
A sense of anticipation arises at the grand double doors which open into the living room. In the living room are two large paintings of classic movie posters from the 1920s that the homeowners love are on display.
In the living room, Longhi sofa made of velvet, leather and copper is complemented by a marble-topped table with a leather-wrapped base, handcrafted in Italy. The TV cabinet, by Joe Colombo, has a 60s-style design, and is remade from Italian leather with a solid copper base. Next to it, the open kitchen creates a great impression with its all-black palette, a mirror-covered ceiling, and herringbone wooden floor.
The master bedroom occupies the upper floor of the villa, designed as a space meant solely for the designer couple. Thai Cong never hesitated to invest in the experience of waking up in the morning and living a life that he thinks is the most splendid: “Never having to set an alarm, never having to be on the phone, and drinking fresh orange juice every day”.
In the same vein, the bathroom is a first-class aesthetic statement, with enough space to set up a table and chairs for relaxing. A porcelain silver bathtub sits in the centre of the room, underneath an elegant crystal chandelier by Phillipe Starck.
Thai Cong Villa is truly the designers’ masterpiece, a place for Thai Cong to showcase his talent and unique aesthetic intuition. The spaces are also created as an artistic declaration that this designer has pursued all his life – an aesthetic beauty, honouring the ultimate standards of a classic style.

Early Childhood Phase
Bonda nak share pengalaman Bonda sepanjang tengok dua dua anak Bonda membesar . macam yang selalu orang tua kata , lain anak lain ragamnya . Kadang kadang kita sebut je tapi tak tahu punca kenapa ragamnya macam tu
Bonda memang nampak beza Aryan and Mika sepanjang mereka membesar . Apa yang Bonda buat untuk Mika , tak sama dengan apa yang Bonda dapat buat untuk Aryan masa Aryan baya Mika dulu .

Mother wants to share mother's experience while watching two of my children grow up. As always parents say, other children are different. Sometimes we just mention it but we don't know the reason why it's like that
Mother really looks the difference between Aryan and mika as long as they grow up. What Mother did for Mika, not the same as what mother was able to do for Aryan during aryan baya mika first.
This is what mother meant, Aryan when she was a year old, disgusting to step on the sand, afraid of swimming swimming pool, and quickly scared when she heard the sound of firecrackers. Mika, not sneezing with sand, it's fun when it comes into the water, and it when listening to the sound of firecrackers.
Why is it like that? When Aryan baby got to age like Mika, mother didn't do the activity that mother now apply to Mika. At that time I was still looking for a tune to take care of my first child. New Mother said it.
There is no experience. So, when you see the effect of not being beraktiviti with your children from the beginning of age, mother determination to be istiqamah in fixing mother's parenting skills by doing better for Mika and Aryan.
Starting to start mother feels like it's too late to do all that for Aryan. But the truth is, there's never a late term when we try to find what method to use to improve our children's level. And of course, when we realize the importance of the lesson that we want to give to our children, nothing is impossible.
Maybe in a few people, will say that wasting time to beraktiviti with small children who don't know what this is. Mother doesn't agree because when she was 0-3 years old, this is the time they absorb all things like sponge.
Whatever we do will be emulated. Orders may not always be effective for children or children to listen to. But, our actions, our habits, our lifestyle that is observed by our children will always be the foundation of our children's behavior.
Our children's sub-conscious experience with us from birth until at least 3 years old, will be an orientation or fundamental in their life in the following year before they mix with other circles outside the house.
So, we have to set a standard or a basic stone that can help our children build their personality from the beginning of age. How is that? Start with basic training.
Example of basic training?
1. Train the mind
2. Train emotions
3. Train motor skills
4. Train the heart
No clue to do all this? These days are getting more advanced. There are a lot of content creators that share about all the topics above. Whether we are hardworking or not to explore. It's not even 10 hours to google an example of an activity that we can make a method to train our children about 4 things above.
And the myth that always moving among parents is the cost. Don't even need expensive tools. Even using things around us is enough. Like Mother, mother chose to DIY most activities because mother believes that we can achieve good results in wanting to run activity with children without spending a lot of money. Can refer to the picture below later.
For parents who are still looking for tune, mother is pleased to invite everyone to follow the activity of mother doing with this mother's children. Don't be afraid or lazy to be lazy. Let's get tired now, don't get dizzy later.
In the picture of all examples of activity during Mika 3 months to 12 months. Please follow mother's Instagram for more activities.

Expeditionary Behavior -- How to Cope With Isolation and Confinement During a Pandemic
These times are extremely unusual. Many founders and their family are in lockdown mode, and working in confined spaces for an indefinite period of time. How do you keep yourself and everyone else sane?
NASA astronaut Anne McClain explains that being up in space for months on end requires something called "expeditionary behavior." She has experience spending months in the International Space Station.
Expeditionary Behavior is a set of a social rules that ensure that people manage the stress of isolation and work with people in confined quarters for prolonged periods of time.
This can be useful for managing your own emotions while you are working from home or in lockdown with family or friends.
I think even during normal times the list of guidelines can make working with others to achieve common goals an easier experience, as often is necessary in startup development.
Here are the basic guidelines that you can follow. There are five of them.
1. Communicate -- talk so you are understood clearly; debrief discussions and solve disagreement by identifying stress factors
2. Leadership and Followership -- a leader actively sets the tone and followers (those ensuring action is taken) fit into the dynamic created by the leader to complete tasks
3. Self-care -- actively treating your own mood, doing things that increase health and hygiene
4. Team care -- monitor team for stress, create environment conducive to less stress; volunteer for unpleasant tasks to help take load off of others, etc.
5. Group living -- actively manage opinions, resolve conflicts, don't let things go unsaid; give praise and take responsibility for failures and setbacks
This all takes nuance and self-awareness. Your own team and your own outlook will differ from person to person and situation to situation.
But communication, conflict resolution, and being action oriented can take everyone a long way.
If you feel like you would like to reach out, and if you would like to share your approach to isolation and work during these times, drop us a line in the comments. We would love to know how founders are managing things lately.
