This allows and helps the recipient to feel a deep state of relaxation.
In this state, levels of cortisol and adrenaline drop, and it is easy for the recipient’s body to relax.

This also enhances memory and learning, promotes mental clarity, and physical healing/ less physical pain, and as well as, provide a natural boost to the immune system.
