拜登跟普丁的會面新聞，我本來覺得馬馬虎虎，能談出什麼名堂？但真的有名堂吔！

這次拜登改變自歐巴馬時期的路線，對俄國態度軟化。拜登說俄羅斯是”great power“世界強權，俄國人顯然很受用，以前歐巴馬提到俄國時，都說是”regional power”區域強權。

華郵就說，雖然雙方還有很多歧見，比如人權，網軍，烏克蘭等等，但基本上峰會結果拜登說是”正面的”，普丁則是說，是有建設性的，雙方還同意恢復互派使節。

相對於對俄國釋出的友好，此次歐洲行，我們看到的是美國對中國更趨強硬，這是在說，即使是一向反俄的民主黨，美國的傳統敵人，也已經逐漸從俄國轉到中國。這在川普時代的共和黨不稀奇，但在民主黨可是很稀奇的。

民主黨內一直有一個聲音，認為希拉蕊在2016年總統大選會輸給川普，是普丁搞假新聞造成的。如果連普丁都可以改善關係，就表示美國的抗中政策，已取得兩黨共識，至此再毫無疑問。

對付頭號敵人，用的資源強度，絕對會遠超過第二號歒人。
