Meet us at Bridge Park - Pier 1 for two in-person photowalks with Mark Mann and Ben Franke, starting at 1PM and 4PM respectively. We will be joined at 4PM by parkour athletes @bryce.clarke.pk, @pyro4pk, @jesse.danger, and @veganactionfigure. Leica will have loaner cameras available on a first-come, first-served basis.

As the Tokyo Olympics came to a close over the weekend, 120 boys from 12 different refugee camps gathered on Saturday for their own version of the Games in Syria's last major rebel stronghold of Idlib.
For the children wearing the colour of their camp, it was their turn to be the star athletes.
The 8 to 14-year-olds competed in a host of disciplines including martial arts, javelin, discus, high jump, hurdles, gymnastics, volleyball, badminton, football, running and even "horse racing" — using cutouts of horse's heads.
The Idlib region is home to nearly three million people, two-thirds of them displaced from other parts of Syria over the course of the country's 10-year-old conflict.
The majority of those who have lost their homes live in camps and are dependent on humanitarian aid to survive.
Organiser Ibrahim Sarmini, a representative of Syrian charity Benefits, told AFP that the event aimed to give the children some hope, but also draw the attention of the international community to their plight.
We wanted "to introduce the kids to different kinds of sports that we, as a society, hadn't really tried before", he said.
"The main aim was to shine a light on the camp residents, children and adults, who are living a very tough life."
A decade of war in Syria has left nearly half a million people dead, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said earlier this year, in a new toll that includes 100,000 recently confirmed deaths.
At the Tokyo Olympics, Syrian athletes competed as part of two teams, with six on the national team representing the Damascus government, and nine on the international Olympic Refugee Team.
This created a situation in which two brothers competed on different Olympic teams, with swimmer Alaa Maso on the international refugee team and his brother Mohammed, a triathlete, in the official Syrian team.
The two brothers from Aleppo now both live in Germany, having fled in 2015 from the ongoing Syrian civil war.

Training and Nutrition Around The Menstrual Cycle with Ben Siong
A really informative chat with fitness and health expert Ben Siong. For all my sisters, who have always questioned bout why they have irregular periods, why they bloat, why they have painful periods, what's the possible cause for bleeding more than two weeks here's a video that will help explain those questions!
The human body is very complicated and my dear sisters, ours is even more complicated cause we have a thing called the period. Ben is one of the few coaches who takes the time to not only understand the physiology of the body but also the mind which is incredibly crucial. I do hope you take away valueable information from this video, because Ben's had shared a lot of his expertise during this 1 hour. :)

Would those decreased levels of hormones, and reduced neuroprotection also impact CNS recovery? And would female athletes have to then avoid highly taxing sessions/peaking periods during this time frame?
37:11 I've read that lower back pain during menstruation is caused by the uterus swelling which can create pressure on the uterosacral ligaments and lead to pain in the lower back and pelvis. Is this accurate? If so should females generally avoid deadlifts/front squats/lower back intensive exercises during this period? Should they be left out entirely, or replaced by something else?
38:21 Besides the supplementation of magnesium and iron, are there other ways we should change the way we eat around our cycles?
39:48 Personally, I do workout during this period of time & it does make me feel better.
However, I realised that if I perform very high intensity workout on the first two days of my period, I tend to have lesser flow for the month. I feel completely well & healthy but I’m not sure if that’s something I should be worried about

This is a special video for me and everyone who has been supporting me.

Also, this is my last video shot in NYC. It has been a blasting two months. I came to the US to improve my performance skills, see the world, and shoot all kinds of videos. It has been accomplished so well. Thank you America! And everyone who has been by my side!
This dance cover was shot at Brooklyn Bridge Park. It was a very interesting spot. I was fascinated by all the activities going on there.
Like usual, there were local athletes around who was cheering and making funny noises, which amused me so much I was trying my best not to laugh out loud during the first half of the video. Do not mind my funny face LOL.
