Every meal is an adventure for mama and Layla, pushing boundaries with flavours and texture. Last night she woke up at 4am crying, frustrated bcos her 2 front teeth is peeking out. So this morning i decided to incorporate teethers into her breakfast.
At first i slathered avocado all over the teether to serve, but i realized that made the teether soggy too quickly, so i dipped it instead for the teether to maintain the crunch.
By the way, i need to share the recipe of this dip. It's so yummy and healthy! I think next time I'll make more and add paprika to mine and eat it with nachos!
Avocado+greek yogurt+oregano (it's the bomb)
Layla loved her breakfast! And she definitely enjoyed practising her motor skills while she was at it.

【低糖質アボカドディップ】
今日は、低糖質な『アボカドディップ』を作りました!
サクサクに焼いた油揚げを、混ぜるだけで簡単に作れるアボカドソースにつけて食べたらめっちゃ美味しいです。
サクサクの食感にクリーミーなソース、ラー油のアクセントがたまらくて後を引きます!とても美味しいのに低糖質なので嬉しいレシピです。
おつまみにも、夕飯の一品にも、小腹が空いた時や夜食にも、ぜひぜひお試しください。
〈材料〉
アボカド 1個
マヨネーズ 大さじ2
にんにくチューブ 1㎝
レモン汁 小さじ1/2
ブラックペッパー お好みの量
ラー油 お好みの量

【low-carb avocado dip】
Today I made a low-carb avocado dip!
The fried crispy fried chicken is very delicious if you add it to an avocado sauce that can be easily made just by mixing.
The crispy texture has a creamy sauce, and the accents of chili oil add to the finish! It is a nice recipe because it is very delicious but low in sugar.
Please try it for snacks, dinner dishes, when you are hungry or have a snack.
〈INGREDIENT〉
1 avocado
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
Garlic tube 1㎝
1/2 tsp lemon juice
Black pepper
Chili oil the desired amount
Fried tofu as needed

而且紅扁豆的蛋白質含量也很高,可作為主餐的配菜,也很適合當肚子餓時的點心!
我曾經有一個月、每個星期都做一次呢!

應該不難發現最近好像很多食譜都和酪梨有關,因為前陣子難得買了不便宜的進口酪梨,覺得就要好好應用。這次要來做的就是純素的 酪梨鷹嘴豆泥! 先前就有分享過 甜菜根鷹嘴豆泥,這次的酪梨也算是傳統鷹嘴豆泥的變化版。傳統鷹嘴豆泥通常都會添加油來增加整體滑潤度,而這個酪梨鷹嘴豆泥因為有酪梨這豐富優質脂肪的超級食物,因此就不需要另外添加油了!
