Everyone has a story to tell when it comes to food. For me, it is definitely bonding with my daughter over my cooking. It such a special moment for us to spend time together and enjoy each other’s company. One of our favourite quick meal at home is whipping up a nourishing meal using Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup. It is so delicious and simple to make that my daughter really enjoys it and it puts a smile on my face everytime.
You too can try this recipe out for yourself, all you need is to pre marinate your chicken a day before then place all the ingredients together and bake it for 25mins and you'll get a tasty, healthy meal 🤤
Baked Chicken Broccoli Recipe
Preparation time: 10 mins
Cooking time: 25 mins
Serving size: 4 persons
Ingredients:
1 Can (300g) Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup, mixed with 60ml water
Cooking oil
450g Boneless chicken thigh
150g Broccoli, cut into florets
4 pcs Cheddar cheese slice
For chicken marinade
1 tbsp Butter, melted
1 tsp Grated garlic
Salt and pepper
Method
1. Marinate chicken for 20 minutes in fridge. Coat broccoli with cooking oil. Set aside.
2. Place chicken and broccoli in a 10x10 inch oven proof dish. Pour in Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup and top
with cheddar cheese slices.
3. Bake in preheated oven at 160˚C for 25 minutes. Serve warm.
Chef tip: Broccoli can be replaced by cauliflower, carrot or capsicum according to personal liking.

油封蕃茄乾我照下面路人建議換成 Red pesto,鮭魚買不帶皮的會更好操作;烤箱料理的好處是烘烤時趁機清掃廚房,晚餐煮好乾乾凈凈、吃飽很快能坐下休息。
同樣的做法把鮭魚換成其他海鮮、甚至先煎香的培根和蘑菇應該都很好吃,牛奶和 mascarpone 為底的醬汁口感醇厚滑順,這道要收進冬天的菜譜裏。

? Healthy, fried rice (quinoa)
egg
Plant-based meat
Onions
Diced carrots
Broccoli
Light soy sauce
Salt
Quinoa
? Spicy vodka wholemeal fusilli with sous vide chicken breast
1 onion, diced
2-3 tbsp extra virgin Olive oil
2 cloves of Garlic, peeled
Salt
Pepper
1 can of Tomato paste
Dried Thyme, to taste (optional)
Dried oregano, to taste
Red pepper flakes, to taste
1/3 cup Vodka
1 cup heavy cream
1 lb rigatoni or penne pasta
Parmesan & mozzarella cheese
A knob of butter
Chopped fresh parsley to taste
? Cocoa baked rolled oats
30g rolled oats
7g cocoa powder
1/2 medium banana
2g baking soda
70ml cup milk
A slice of dark chocolate
Bake at 180c for 20 min

ボリューム満点なグラタンのご紹介です!
鶏むね肉、ブロッコリーなどの野菜やきのこがたくさん入っていて、お野菜嫌いなお子様にも食べていただきたい一品です♪

鶏むね肉とブロッコリーのグラタン
2人分
材料:
鶏むね肉 100g
玉ねぎ 1/2個
マッシュルーム 5個
パプリカ 1/4個
ブロッコリー 1/4房
マカロニ 50g
バター 20g
薄力粉 大さじ2
牛乳 200ml
顆粒コンソメ 小さじ1
塩 少々
ホワイトペッパー 少々
ピザ用チーズ 40g
パセリ 少々
作り方:
1.マカロニは袋の表示通りに茹で、ブロッコリーは食べやすい大きさに分けてマカロニと一緒に茹でる。
2.フライパンにバターをひき、弱火で熱し、薄くスライスした玉ねぎを炒める。玉ねぎが透き通ってきたら鶏肉、スライスしたマッシュルームとパプリカを加えて炒める。
3.(2)に薄力粉を振り入れ、粉っぽさがなくなるまで炒め合わせる。
4.(3)に数回に分けて少しずつ牛乳を注ぎ、ダマにならないようにしっかり混ぜ、顆粒コンソメと塩とホワイトペッパーを加える。マカロニとブロッコリーを入れて一煮立ちさせる。
5.グラタン皿に(4)を入れ、ピザ用チーズをのせる。
6.(5)をトースターに入れ、7〜8分こんがりと焼き色がつくまで焼く。
7.焼き上がったら上からパセリを散らして、完成!
Chicken and broccoli gratin
Servings: 2
INGREDIENTS
100g chicken brest
1/2 onion
5 mushrooms
1/4 red bell pepper
1/4 broccoli
50g macaroni
20g butter
2 tablespoons flour
200ml milk
1 teaspoon consomme powder
Some salt
Some white pepper
40g shredded cheese
Some parsley
PREPARATION
1. Cut broccoli into bite-size pieces. Cook macaroni (with broccoli) following the cooking instruction on the package.
2. Heat butter in a pan over low heat. Stir-fry thinly sliced onion. Add chicken, sliced mushrooms, and bell pepper.
3. Sift flour into the pan and stir well.
4. Gradually add milk into the pan, keep whisking constantly. Add consommé powder, salt, and white pepper. Put macaroni and broccoli (1), then bring the pan to a simmer.
5. Transfer (4) into a baking dish. Put some shredded cheese.
6. Bake in the toaster oven for 7 to 8 minutes until golden.
7. Sprinkle with some parsley.
8.Enjoy!
