RESPONSIBILITIES
*Operations*:
• Setup mulitple online webstores /platforms/ sites / blogs
• Manage day-to-day operations of web store, online platforms and other e-marketplace (e. g. Shopline, Instagram, Facebook, Amazon)
• Know well on IG and FB of tags, wordings, trends.
• SEO, Google Merchants 設定, Online Payment Gateway...
• Good sense on trends
• *Fast and punctual worker with quick decision making*
• Good communication and decision making (when boss is not around, the person is expected to manage the operation)
• Proficiency in basic computing. Creating website, marketplace accounts, social media pages for different sales items regionally
• Basic translation (mandarin Chinese to traditional Chinese, Chinese to English)
• Photo shooting arrangement / simple poster design
*Sales/marketing*:
• Implementing sales/marketing promotions to increase sales on various online platforms
• Category Assignment for local and overseas sales
• Provide online customer service and manage all communications with customers in respond to product and order inquiries, arrange product delivery
• Monitor e-marketplace performance, and prepare report and insight for impression and conversion improvement
• Co-ordinate with internal and external parties to ensure marketing campaigns are carried out effectively and in monitored manners, Conduct market research in the e-commerce industry
• Daily Reporting
Requirements
• 1 year eCommerce and digital experience
• Experience in the operating of an E-Commerce store (both brand site and marketplace)
• Experience in online shop platform (e.g. Shoplify) and analytical tool (e.g. Google Analytics) and data analysis
• Multi-tasking and good time management
• Proficiency in spoken and written Cantonese/Chinese
• Good Command in written English
• Organized, enthusiastic and willing to learn
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and Chinese word processing is a MUST
• Immediately available is preferable

We are seeking a high caliber candidate to fill the following position:
Administrative Officer (Part-time)
The Administrative Officer will provide administrative and logistic support to our team and be able to commit to 20 hours per week. The main working location will be YEC office in Kwun Tong, but you may need to work flexibly during weekend or public holiday in screening venues from time to time as deemed necessary. The appointment is on nine-month term, and is to be renewed subject to mutual agreements and operational needs.
Main Responsibilities:
• Maintain daily operation of YEC office, responsible for accounting, administrative and financial works;
• Provide administrative and operational support to irregular film screenings and Hong Kong Independent Film Festival (include but not limited to duties of keeping accounts, handling of payments & receipts and other administrative matters);
• Responsible for archiving documents and materials of past events;
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Working Hours:
Negotiable
Requirements:
• Hong Kong residents aged 18 or above, graduates of a tertiary institute, with preferably one to two years of working experience in arts administration;
• Strong sense of responsibility, independent, detail-oriented and well-organised;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in English and Chinese word processing, Windows, Mac OS and MS Office;
• Basic accounting knowledge will be an advantage;
• Immediate availability is preferred.
