🎗PHẦN BÀI MẪU
People tend to work longer hours nowadays. Working long hours has a negative effect on themselves their families and the society so working hours should be restricted. Do you agree or disagree?
Working longer hours is getting more common in today’s society. I personally believe that this trend not only has a severe impact on the workers themselves, but also on their families and the community as a whole. Therefore, I totally agree with the idea of limiting working hours.
A few decades ago, a person normally worked an average of eight hours per day. Average daily working hours in recent years, however, have significantly increased to ten or even fourteen. This, in my opinion, adversely affects employees’ health and productivity. For example, people who spend longer at work are more likely to suffer from various health issues, ranging from fatigue to more serious problems like anxiety disorders or even stroke . Failing health leads to more sick leave , poor work performance and low productivity. My cousin is a case in point. Working nearly twelve hours on a daily basis, he frequently feels exhausted and makes more errors at work than he used to.
I also think that extended hours of work has serious consequences for families and communities . At the family level, busy work schedules prevent people from taking frequent family trips or even just having meals together. Relationships among members are greatly weakened if they cannot make time for each other. In terms of community life, overworked people do not devote time to voluntary activity that brings benefits for their society. My uncle, for example, hardly has time for local community service projects such as conservation work or working with a charity because he works more than sixty hours per week.
In conclusion, I would argue that working time should be reduced since the frequency of long working hours exerts an adverse effect on employees, their family bonds and their community.

-------------------
⭐ Why is tourism important to a country?
In my opinion, tourism is the key to any country because it is lucrative. When a country attracts flocks of tourists, it can benefit from the extravagant spending of international tourists who are willing to splurge on entertainment activities and restaurants. You know, some people are willing to live on the breadline for months to set aside enough money for an overseas trip. Also, the development of global travel means that more employment opportunities are created. Local people can work as tour guides, open their own business or simply sell local cuisines to earn a living.
⭐ What are the benefits to individuals visiting another country as tourists?
As for tourists, firstly, they benefit from cultural knowledge gained during the trips. Every experience is more practical and realistic in comparison with things they read on books or on the internet. They can also have once-in-a-lifetime memories. For example, visiting Thailand was the first time I enjoyed sex shows which are deemed to be antisocial or even illegal in Vietnam. Secondly, tourists can boost their language skills if their visits are long enough.
⭐ How necessary is it for tourists to learn the language of the country they're visiting?
I think nowadays, learning the language of the country you are going to visit is no longer necessary. One day, when I was having dinner in an outlet in a supermarket, a Chinese tourist asked me about how to eat a Vietnamese cuisine. I was shocked because some online applications such as Google Translate could easily make our language barriers vanished. I mean if you are able to communicate with indigenous people in their language, so it's really fantastic. But if not, don't worry because technology has revolutionized everything, including this circumstance.

We travelled +-11,000 kilometres to visit our University. Remembering every little and big moment, it was so worth it! 🥰❤
Working while studying is very challenging. You just need to be extra disciplined, persevere and be willing to sacrifices so many things (besides financials), including your time, sleep, outings, having fun and even important decisions that involve yourselves, family and friends.
It is tough, hectic, demanding and crazy at times. You just need to work it out during the years, and when you completed it, it will be an incredible achievement (the struggles bae, the struggles).
For me, education is an important investment. I love studying and learning. If you truly focus on the learning process, there are many things you can learn during the journey of you completing an education (any learning form). It also helps to improve the way you think and behave.
I'm glad that I found a life partner who also loves learning and had the chance to pursue our further education together. To more exciting learning journey ahead. 💙
No matter what are your goals and dreams, keep on learning because knowledge is power. Read books/ebooks and news, watch documentaries/informative videos/series, listen to podcasts, do online learnings and certifications, study languages, pick up a positive hobby or commit something valuable that improves your knowledge, skills and also attitude. It is boring and not cool only if you think it is. So scrap that mindset, because learning is fun and gives you so many benefits and opportunities! 🙌
There are always things to learn in life. It's never too late to learn. Keep learning and keep growing. 💪

This is an open letter to the World Health Organization about including Taiwan as a member or observer. Why should Taiwan be included in the WHO and WHA?
Over the past few days, more and more figures in Taiwan such as 阿滴英文 Ray Du and 吳鳳 Rifat have been stepping out as proponents of the WHO considering inclusion of Taiwan into the world health organization amid the threat of the 2019 novel coronavirus epidemic. Seeing these pleas has motivated me to do my part.
Dear WHO,
I’m Brian. An American citizen who spent a good portion of my childhood living abroad in St. Kitts, and have been living and working in Taiwan for the past 10 years.
As an American citizen and having lived in St. Kitts and Taiwan, I’ve seen and experienced a wide range of medical facilities, practices, and benefits.
In Taiwan, I’ve without a doubt experienced the best quality of healthcare out of those three places.
Due to the unique history of Taiwan, it has been excluded from participating in the WHO. However, over the past months and especially in the past weeks since the seriousness of this 2019-nCoV outbreak have come to be realized, many leaders and people of influence from around the globe including the USA, Japan, Canada, Germany, Australia and others.
I have faith in Taiwan’s ability to aid in the battle against this new coronavirus, not only because of my knowledge of the affordable healthcare that’s available to all here, but also because the technology and procedures here are extremely modernized.
Taiwan has a highly skilled force of researchers, physicians, and medical professionals who could all be great assets in the worldwide fight to control this outbreak and minimize casualties.
The experience Taiwan has accumulated in the past while dealing with pandemics such as swine flu, mers, and sars have allowed professionals to learn the necessary skills and precautions to take to help thwart these types of outbreaks, and as a member of the who and wha, the skills of these amazing people could help not just in a local level, but on a global scale to contribute to the attainment by all peoples of the highest possible standard of health.
