See Who you Truly Are!
Your sin did not shock God. He saw you do it long before you did it. Our God is omniscient.
Guess what? He knew you would sin and He still chose to place all your sins upon Jesus at the cross.
His beloved Son was smitten so that you would be spared. That’s how much He loves you.
Are you tired of struggling with your sinful bondages? You want to be better and live righteously? It won’t happen if you’re constantly condemning yourself and feeling unworthy.
I’m so thankful that the apostle Paul called it the “gift of righteousness” (Romans 5:17). By it and the abundance of grace, you will reign in life through the one Jesus Christ.
The Holy Spirit will transform your soul and body, but you gotta see yourself the way He sees your spirit—holy, righteous, blameless, upright, just, pure, perfect.
“But we all, with unveiled face seeing the glory of the Lord as in a mirror, are transformed into the same image from glory to glory, even as from the Lord, the Spirit.” (2 Corinthians 3:18 WEB)
As you behold Christ in the Scriptures, you are looking at who you have become like. Keep looking because that is how true transformation happens!

Upper Room Secrets to Access Heavenly Realms
“He sent two of his disciples, and said to them, “Go into the city, and there you will meet a man carrying a pitcher of water. Follow him, and wherever he enters in, tell the master of the house, ‘The Teacher says, “Where is the guest room, where I may eat the Passover with my disciples?”’ He will himself show you a large upper room furnished and ready. Get ready for us there.”” (Mark 14:13-15 WEB)
See this photo? Back in 2014, Amilee and I visited the place called “The Cenacle” in the Old City district of Jerusalem, which is believed to be the upper room where Jesus and His disciples ate the Passover supper. It is located in the same compound as king David’s tomb.
The upper room is where Jesus spent time with the disciples privately on the night that He was betrayed, sharing heavenly secrets to them who were close to Him.
I like how Jesus described it as a “large upper room furnished and ready”. Abba God prepared everything ahead of time and the disciples only needed to step into the room to enjoy that finished work.

Ok ? here’s my mini-story on lower backs~long time ago (not soooo long, but long), my late grandmother would tell me to sit up straight, stop hunching your back, stop sitting in front of the TV watching cartoons all day - you’ll have backaches - mini-me, stubborn me - never listens.
Here I am today sharing a lower back yoga sequence cause - I sit a lot, more than moving a lot anyway, and all this sitting and hunching at my phone and laptop has definitely brought with it - lower back pains (and tight hips-but that’s not going to be in this video today). In any case, pain in the lower back can seriously affect your mood and your day.
So, the lower back is super important for us to maintain our posture, reduce stiffness and speed up the healing process. How do we protect and remove the tensions to get these benefits?
These yoga poses can offer great relief for the pain and provide great preventative care for the future. Here are a few yoga poses to ease lower back pain and relieve that dull sensation.
Sequence:
Centering: 3 minutes + include breathing practice of your choice
