印象比較深刻的幾句:

It feels impossible, so I started working.
若一件事情看起來不可能做到, 那我會開始行動.

Break your rules, not your principles.
打破你的規則, 而不是原則.

If you want to push the envelope, you need to have a tangible net for your team. What are those nets?
如果你想要團隊打破能力圈, 你必須為團員準備個安全網. (意思應該是指讓他們放心去闖的意思)

Care......recognize the superpower of everyone who is around you.
關懷……意試到身邊的每個人都是有超能力(應該是指優點)

“信任人最好的方式, 就是去信任他們” – 海明威

其實前幾個月學習到最多的, 不是投資上的知識, 而是管理學. 管理其實也是門很高深的藝術, 這也是一門我曾經被當掉的課---有機會會慢慢分享.
