● Rice: 2 cups
● Chicken thighs: about 300g
● Shiso: As desired
● Leek: as desired
● Rice oil (regular oil is also fine)
● Minced garlic: 2 teaspoons to 1 tablespoon (fresh garlic is also fine)
● Fish stock: 1 tablespoon (4 times concentrated) (Noodle soup or white soup stock can be used)
● Butter: 10g
● Black pepper
[Seasoning for the meat]

● Mirin : 1 teaspoon
● Soy sauce: 1 teaspoon
● Grated garlic: 1/2 teaspoon

●茄子：8本
●醤油：大さじ2
●片栗粉：大さじ6
●小麦粉：大さじ3
●あごだし（4倍濃縮）：小さじ1（めんつゆ、白だしでもOK）
●ナンプラー：大さじ1（味にとんでもない深みが出てマジおすすめ）
●みりん：大さじ2
●生姜：小さじ2
●にんにく：小さじ2（無くても十分美味しいよ）
●ごま油：大さじ1（油でコーティングしてあげると変色防止にもなります）
●ブラックペッパー
●米油（普通の油でもOKだけど米油を使うとヘルシーになるよ）
お好みでマヨネーズ、七味唐辛子
※ナンプラーが苦手だったり、無い方は醤油を大さじ1追加して下さい。
※にんにくと生姜はフレッシュタイプにするとより香りが良くなって美味しいです。

衣サクサク、中とろとろ♪この食感だけでもたまらなく美味しいんですが
噛んだ瞬間、茄子から溢れ出る２種類の魚の旨味と風味がとにかく最高にやみつきで
一度食べだしたらマジ止められない…まさにこれぞ無限茄子！！！
揚げてるとは思えないくらいあっさりヘルシーなのも夏には最高なんですよね♪
簡単な上にお財布にも優しい、ばあちゃんの美味しい知恵が沢山詰まった自慢のレシピです。
是非作ってみて下さい。
思った以上に食べれちゃうので多めに作る事をオススメしますｗ

[Ingredients]
● Eggplants: 8
● Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
● Potato starch: 6 tablespoons
● Flour: 3 tablespoons
● Fish Stock: 1 teaspoon (4 times concentrated)
● Nam Pla: 1 tablespoon (I recommend it because it adds a tremendous depth of flavor)
● Mirin: 2 tablespoons
● Ginger: 2 teaspoons
● Garlic: 2 teaspoons (it's delicious without it)
● Sesame oil: 1 tablespoon (Coating with oil helps prevent discoloration)
● Black pepper
● Rice oil (You can use regular oil, but rice oil will make it healthier)
Mayonnaise and 7-flavor spices to taste
※If you don't like Nam Pla or don't have it, add a tablespoon of soy sauce.
※Fresh garlic and ginger are more fragrant and delicious.

京王線
1913年（大正2年）4月15日　京王電気軌道が笹塚駅 - 調布駅間を開業。
1917年（大正6年）　甲州街道（現在の旧甲州街道）との交差地点に京王電気軌道の駅として開業（京王発行の記録には開業の月日が記載されていない）。
1927年（昭和2年）12月17日　現在地に移設。
1944年（昭和19年）5月31日　東京急行電鉄（大東急）に合併、同社京王線の駅となる。
1948年（昭和23年）6月1日　東急から京王帝都電鉄が分離。同社の駅となる。
2007年（平成19年）3月4日　駅舎を従来の地下駅舎から仮設橋上駅舎に移転、バリアフリー化。
2012年（平成24年）8月19日　京王線調布駅付近連続立体交差事業により、隣接する調布駅・国領駅とともに地下駅となる。
2020年（令和2年）2月14日　列車接近メロディを「いつでも夢を」に変更。日活映画『いつでも夢を』が布田駅最寄りの日活調布撮影所で製作されたことにちなみ、京王電鉄と調布市の地域活性化事業「映画のまち調布」のタイアップ事業として制定された。
　ホームドアは東京メトロ南北線・京都市営地下鉄東西線と同じフルスクリーンタイプだが、天井まで密閉されているタイプのものが使用されている。同様のタイプは、日本国内では当駅と中部国際空港駅（1番線）のみの設置である。
