A7C คือกล้อง New Concept ที่ Sony พยายามบาลานซ์ระหว่าง ประสิทธิภาพ ขนาด และก็น้ำหนักครับ ตัวกล้องมีน้ำหนักเพียง 509 กรัมเท่านั้น ( ถ้าไม่รวมแบต จะหนักแค่ 424 กรัม !!! )
และเมื่อใส่กับเลนส์ Kit ตัวใหม่ล่าสุดอย่างเจ้า FE 28-60 ที่มีน้ำหนักเพียง 167 กรัม ก็ทำ A7C เป็นซิสเต็มกล้องฟูลเฟรม ( ที่มีระบบกันสั่นในตัว ) ที่ขนาดเล็กและเบาที่สุดในโลก !!!

ผมเองเท่าที่ได้มีโอกาสลองใช้เจ้า A7C ระยะนึง ตอนทำรีวิวนี้ คือรู้สึกดีมากๆครับ ที่ Sony กลับมาให้ความสำคัญกับขนาดและน้ำหนักที่เบาอีกครั้ง ในขณะเดียวกัน ก็ไม่ลืมใส่เทคโนโลยีที่พัฒนามาตลอด 7 ปีเต็มลงมาให้กล้องตัวจิ๋วตัวนี้ด้วย

คือผมจัดแน่นอนครับตัวนี้ แต่ที่เครียดตอนนี้ก็คือ ตัดสินใจไม่ได้ว่าจะเอาสีอะไรดี !!! ระหว่าง Silver กับ Black ?

Quick Braised Tofu Pot 鸡蛋豆腐锅
Ingredients:
Serves 3 - 4 pax

320g (11.29 oz) egg tofu (or firm tofu)
1 shallot (chopped)
1 thumb-sized young ginger (chopped)
3 cloves garlic (chopped)
2 Chinese dried mushrooms (rehydrated & cut)
2 tablespoons spicy broad bean paste
0.5 tablespoon black bean paste
200g (7.05 oz) minced pork (can use minced chicken)
0.5 tsp sugar
60g (2.12 oz) carrots (sliced)
250ml (8.45 fl oz) water (feel free to add a little more water for slightly more sauce)
100g (3.53 oz) prawns (deshelled & deveined)
60g (2.12 oz) snow peas (can also replaced with broccoli)
Some cornstarch solution
1 beaten egg
1 tablespoon Chinese cooking wine - Shaoxing Huatiao wine (optional but recommended)

Claypot Seafood Rice
Ingredients:
Serves 3 - 4 pax

3 cups rice (450g or 15.87oz)
3 cups water (510ml or 17.25 fl oz )
20g dried scallops (soak in the 3 cups of water for 1 hour then shred them with a fork)
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
2 tablespoons fish sauce (can be replaced with light soy sauce)
1 thumb-sized young ginger (chopped)
100g (3.53 oz) fresh scallops (sliced in halves)
200g (7oz) prawns (deshelled & deveined)
280g (9.88oz) venus clams
A dash of black pepper
2 tablespoons Chinese white rice wine)
1 tablespoon premium dark soy sauce
A handful of coriander leaves (optional)
1 - 2 stalks of spring onion (optional)
