Hours (even tho I had blue toes by the end of the day 😂 @manuela.bruntraeger knows) these legs help me kick butts of whoever that (nevermind cyber bully me) but do it to my sisters out there, how I got these fat legs? To Remind you it’s a sign of strength , hours and months and years at the@gym since I was 18 till now, begging from running 10 km an hour , every single day, because I got addicted to feeling so damn good after, clearing my mind and recharging my body and soul, then weights to challenge myself and build a strong determined mindset , getting stronger and better by the day, now@able to run half marathons! What an achievement , im so proud of myself, these legs came a long way, from being injured in crutches to healing in 3 months (when doctors said 6) and straight away putting on my running shoes and ran a straight 10 km , the pain disappeared, I grew stronger than ever, and I’m here today in my bikini , proud of my self, mind and body for pushing myself to more than what I thought I could do, putting fear away and challenging myself as I grow through Life , I find so many new superpowers that was hidden inside me and they slowly start to bloom ✨💕 strong legs , strong healthy mind, strong soul , I want every woman out there to feel the same! 🤗🤗🤗 #missuniverse #strongwomen #strongissexy

Recipe
1) Lightly coat the mold with vegetable oil.
To make the gummies:
2) White: Warm 20g of milk, being careful that it doesn't boil over, and add 3g of powdered gelatin. Stir until mixed.
3) Brown: Add 10g of hot water to 30g of chocolate syrup. Add 5g of powdered gelatin and stir until mixed.
4) Yellow: Add 30g of powdered gelatin to 210g of hot water and stir until mixed. Add 90mL of yellow shaved ice syrup and mix.
5) Red and blue: Add 2g of powdered gelatin to 15g of hot water and stir until mixed. Add 5mL of shaved ice syrup and mix. If the color is still too pale, add food coloring.
6) Pour each of the liquid gelatins into the mold. When overlapping different colors, be sure the gelatin has hardened and cool it before putting the next color in. It may depend on the size, but it should harden after about an hour in the refrigerator.
If the powdered gelatin does not dissolve well or hardens while you are working with it, it helps to heat it in the microwave while watching carefully, then try to mix again. Be very careful that the liquid gelatin does not start to boil while you are heating it.
The chocolate gummies will become harder the more times you microwave them, and become more difficult to work with, so add 1 tsp of hot water and mix to stop them from getting boiled down.

1.型に植物油を薄く塗る。
グミを作ります。
2.白・・・沸騰しない程度に温めた牛乳 20gに粉ゼラチン 3gをふり入れ、かき混ぜる。
3.茶色・・・チョコレートシロップ30gに熱湯 10gを入れ混ぜる。粉ゼラチン 5gをふり入れ、かき混ぜる。
4.黄色・・・熱湯 210gに粉ゼラチン 30gをふり入れ、かき混ぜる。常温の黄色のかき氷シロップ90mlを入れ混ぜる。
5.赤と青・・・熱湯 15gに粉ゼラチン 2gをふり入れ、かき混ぜる。かき氷シロップ5mlを入れ混ぜる。色がさみしい時は食用色素を入れる。
6.それぞれのゼリー液を型に入れていく。色を重ねる時は前のグミがしっかり固り、ゼリー液を冷ましてから入れる。大きさにもよるが冷蔵庫で1時間位で固まる。
粉ゼラチンが溶け切らない場合や作業中固まってしまった時は電子レンジで様子を見ながら加熱し混ぜるとよい。ゼリー液を加熱する時は沸騰させないように気をつけること。チョコレートグミは電子レンジで加熱する回数が重なると固くなり、扱いづらくなるので、熱湯 小さじ1を足し混ぜると煮詰まりが解消される。
