Holy smokes! The ultimate body transformation plan is finally here! After 8 months of preparation work, we can finally present to you the Flow Fysique Factory, possibly the only resource you'll ever need for nothing but the truth about weight loss! 😜
So what's the brouhaha about you ask?
After seeing many patients with weight-related chronic diseases at @rescusg, we realised a lot of the symptoms could have been prevented with some simple tweaks to their lifestyles. Most illnesses that our elderly folks suffer from right now are largely due to low activity level & unfavorable nutrition plans.
Over the last few years, we managed to help them improve their health conditions & some could even skip their regular medicines by just being aware of what's causing these health problems in the first place.
After writing the programme for them, we realised we could also share @Bobbystryker's extensive knowledge of weight loss with the rest of the world so we can all benefit from this & hopefully live longer for our loved ones.
So here we are - 8 months later with 3 scientific evidence-based programmes that we hope can help you become your own own celebrity coach, personal trainer, nutritionist & motivational speaker. I do have to emphasize that the books do not mince words. It is not a 1-week plan to become a VS model kinda programme. You do require perseverance, a mindset change & some elbow grease to be able to achieve your fat loss goals & keep the body of your dreams. We also do not encourage eliminating food groups or going into starvation mode.
Oh & fun fact! It is also my first time designing a website with mostly dark tones as I wanted to create the 80s gym vibes. I have to constantly remind myself to take note of the halation effect. Well I guess that contributed to the 8 months of work. Could have been 7. 🤪

Feel so good to re-energise by working out💪 If you want the feel-good factor and feel happier, exercise or play your favourite sport!🤸♀️
When we exercise, our body releases chemicals called endorphins. It also increases dopamine, adrenaline and endocannabinoid. These brain chemicals make you feel happy, confident, capable, less anxiety and stress and even less physical pain.
Exercise not only changes your body, but it also changes your mind, attitude and mood. It changes your relationship with yourself, more self-care, self-love and self-worth❤
Pick up this good habit of working out as regular as you can to care for yourself. Do it for you, for the various benefits. Work on the type of exercise you like, don't push yourself too hard, know your limit, have sensible goals, because exercising should be your long life commitment, not temporary.
Most importantly, have good fun when you work out, it should be exciting not torturing. Enjoy!😉
I did 500 jump rope today after a while and other sets of workout. Much needed workout. Felt great!🥰
I do various types of exercise. Some use no equipment and some do. I saved most of my training at my IG highlights for reference.

These are some common fitness misconceptions and also questions I get asked on a daily basis! Watch this video and let's get the facts RIGHT!
1) I want to TURN my Fats into Muscles
2) I can eat whatever I want, because I workout
3) Can I only do cardio and not lift weights?
4) I will gain fat once I stop lifting weights
5) I want to only reduce my hips or belly fats
