昨天鄰居奶奶又要我過去吃晚餐
我趕快帶好幾袋衛生紙給她還有香皂
(奶奶喜歡蒐集廁所衛生紙可能很有安全感)
然後奶奶要我把桌上的菜全吃完
因為她說她老公卡車爺爺很挑食
(爺爺在旁邊自己吃西瓜說不想吃飯)
我吃了馬鈴薯和燉菜還有奶奶的燉煮蔬菜
和整碗雞腿一共十三根整個肚子快爆破了
我幫小粉絲們問到鄰居奶奶的北歐醃菜食譜了
奶奶很認真的寫下來給我而且她字超美的
我在這邊翻成英文:
Raw cabbage head.
Needs to be sliced into very thin stripes
Add cumin seeds. Not to much
Salt. grainy one. Not to much
Carrot. Plenty of it

Mix all together in a big bowl or bucket.
Plastic container recommended.
Use something heavy to stomp the mixture together ( needs to be almost glued together)
Cover the stomped mixture with towel.
Place a wooden board or similar thing on top of the towel so it covers inside of the bowl.
Place rock on top of the board ( anything heavy will do. This allows the mixture to be forced together even more)
Keep in warm room for 2- 3 days until there is foam on top.
Remove the board, store, towel and put the mixture into cold place, it should have somewhat sour taste now and plenty of liquid as well.

But part of the mixture into the pot, add some grease. Preferably some butter.
Can add some extra salt and very tiny bit of water. Boil til its soft.
More you heat it up and let it cool down the better it gets.

你要準備高麗菜頭或是生白菜頭然後切成細絲
(一定要切的很細)
加一點孜然籽小茴香或其他香料
(隨便香料都可但奶奶推薦馬芹或孜然子或小茴香)
加一點鹽巴
加一堆細絲紅蘿蔔
(要很細)
把它們混在一個大碗公裡面(塑膠碗最好)
然後用很重的東西把它們壓爆擠爆錘爆
(要讓食材黏著在一起)
然後用毛巾蓋住再用一塊木板放在毛巾上
(木板的大小要在容器裡面 或是其他東西都可以大小但要塞在容器裡面)
再用一塊石頭壓在板子上
或隨便很重的東西都可以
這樣可以讓食材好好的混在一起
然後放在溫暖的房間大概兩三天
直到毛巾上面有泡沫
然後把所有食材都拿出來放到冰箱
這時應該有酸味然後有很多液體
(放到冰箱可以保存很久)
如果你要吃的話
把一點倒入鍋子裡面然後加一點奶油
你可以加一點鹽巴或糖和一點點水
煮到軟軟的就可以吃了
你每次加熱之後冷卻然後再加熱
這個燉菜就會越來越好吃

BAHAN-BAHAN
3 biji lemon dihiris nipis ( jangan buang kulit. sebab kulit banyak khasiat
3 labu bawang putih ( dibuang kulit )
2 inci halia ( sebesar ibu jari kaki )
*lemon tu beli yg tempatan. Jangan beli yang diimport ( dh disembur bahan kimia) sb rasa agak pahit. nak kurang pahit campur dengan madu.
*Jangan risau pasal bau bawang sb bau akan hilang bila dh campur dengan bahan lain.
*mommy bf boleh minum. yang best badan terasa ringan je. dah minum jadi ketagih je. memang betul2 banyak khasiat.
CARA PENYEDIAAN
1. potong halus 3 bahan ( nak tau bahan apa ? nt sy share diruang komen )
2. campur bahan tadi bersamaan 1.5 liter air
3. rebus selama 6-8 jam ( slow cooker )
4. sejukkan dan blend
5. tapis or tak terpulang. sy tak tapis 😅
6. lepastu dh boleh minum
CARA MINUM
ambil 2 sudu + madu 1 sudu
ambil pagi dan malam sahaja
selebihnya simpan dalam peti dan amalkan setiap hari

It's okay to buy jamu / detox or any herbs that we don't know where the ingredients are from. So try this traditional recipe, it's good for outside women.
Only use 3 types of natural ingredients.. Today I'm just trying to make us see what will happen after this.
MATERIALS
3 lemons sliced thinly (don't remove skin. Because skin has a lot of nutrients
3 garlic pumpkins (skin removed)
2 inches of ginger (as big as toes)
* the lemon bought the local one. Don't buy something imported (sprayed with chemicals) because it's a bit bitter. Want to be less bitter mixed with honey.
* Don't worry about the smell of onions because the smell will disappear when mixed with other ingredients.

HOW TO PREPARE

ふわふわたまごサンド
材料:
食パン 6枚
卵 4個
マヨネーズ 大さじ3
牛乳 大さじ1
砂糖 ひとつまみ
塩 ひとつまみ
コショウ 少々
バター(室温に戻す) 15g
作り方:
1.鍋に湯を沸かし、卵をそっと入れて10分茹でる。冷水に取って5分ほど冷やし、殻をむく。
2.ゆで卵を白身と黄身に分けて、白身をみじん切りにする。
3.ボウルに黄身を入れてフォークで潰し、マヨネーズ、牛乳、砂糖、塩、コショウを加えて混ぜる。全体に馴染んだら、(2)を加えて混ぜ合わせる。
4.パンにバターを塗り、(3)をたっぷりのせて、もう1枚のパンで挟む。ラップに包み、冷蔵庫で10分寝かせる。
5.パンの耳を切り落とし、半分に切ったら、完成!
厚焼きたまごサンド
材料:
食パン 2枚
卵 3個
だし汁 50ml
砂糖 小さじ1
塩 ひとつまみ
サラダ油 大さじ1
マヨネーズ 大さじ2
練りからし 小さじ½
作り方:
1.ボウルに卵を割りほぐし、だし汁、砂糖、塩を加えて菜箸で切るように混ぜる。
2.卵焼き器にサラダ油を引いて中火に熱し、(1)を一気に流し入れる。菜箸で大きくかき混ぜ、半熟状になったらパンの形に整え、裏返して両面焼く。
3.ボウルにマヨネーズ、練りからしを入れて混ぜる。
4.パンに(3)を塗り、(2)をのせてもう1枚のパンで挟む。ラップに包み、バットなどで重石をして5分置く。
5.パンの耳を切り落とし、4等分に切り分けたら、完成!

Fluffy Egg Sandwich
Servings:2
INGREDIENTS
6 Slices of bread
4 Eggs
3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Milk
A pinch of Sugar
A pinch of Salt
A pinch of Pepper
15g Butter (at room temperature)
PREPARATION
1. Boil water in a pan, gently lower down the eggs into the water and boil for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and place in icy water, let cool for about 5 minutes, and peel.
2. Divide the boiled egg into whites and yolks, and chop the whites.
3. Place the yolks in a bowl, and crush it with a fork, add mayonnaise, milk, sugar, salt, pepper and mix. When all is well mixed, add (2) and mix one more time.
4. Spread butter on a bread slice, top with your egg mixture (3), and sandwich with another slice of bread. Wrap in plastic wrap and let sit in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
5. Cut off the bread crust, cut in half, and you're done!

Grilled Egg Sandwich
Servings: 2
INGREDIENTS
2 Slices of bread
3 Eggs
50 milliliters Dashi soup
1 teaspoon Sugar
A pinch of Salt
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon Japanese mustard
PREPARATION
1. Crack the eggs in a bowl, add dashi broth, sugar and salt, and mix with chopsticks.
2. Add vegetable oil to an egg pan (square pan), heat it over medium heat, and pour (1) in one movement. Stir with chopsticks forming big ribbons, and when it is semi cooked, but still a bit runny, use a spatula to make it into a square shape roughly the size of the bread slice, turn it over and bake it on both sides.
3. Mix the mayonnaise and kneaded mustard in a bowl.
4. Spread the mix (3) on the bread slice, top with the grilled egg(2) and sandwich it with another bread. Wrap it in plastic wrap, and place something heavy on top to compress it, let rest for 5 minutes.
5. Remove the crust, and cut it into four equal parts, and you're done!
6. Enjoy!

Group A Ingredients

5g of ginseng roots
5g of Angelica roots
Soak Group A ingredients in 1/2 cup (125ml) of hot water. Wait until they have cooled down before using them (including the water) to marinate your chicken
Group B
------
1/2 tablespoon of cekur root powder (sorry for the typos in the video- you can look for galangal powder if you can’t find cekur powder and last resort is to use ginger powder)
2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
2 tablespoons of light soy sauce
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of Chinese cooking wine (Shaoxing Huatiao wine)
1 stalk of spring onion (lightly smash the stem)
1 kg chicken
3 tablespoons of dark soy sauce (although we rubbed 2 tablespoons on the chicken followed by 1 tablespoon to the sauce much later but you can add them as part of the marinade)
Add Group A & B ingredients together and marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Group C
------
A few stalks of spring onion
20g of young ginger - sliced
Lay Group C ingredients in the rice cooker first before adding the chicken. Remember to add the rest of the marinade to cook with the chicken. Cook the chicken for about 28 minutes and check that the chicken is thoroughly cooked before serving.
Group D
------
Some cornstarch solution
Some chopped spring onion
Once you have removed the chicken from the pot, remove the spring onion and ginger as well. You can discard the spring onion and ginger. Bring the sauce a boil first then add some cornstarch solution to thicken your sauce. Spring onion is optional so it's entirely up to you.

We made some rainbow rock candy from crystalized sugar. It was our hope to make some truly "rocky" rock candy... but we ended up with something a little lackluster. This is like a fun cooking science experiment!
*Recipe* (Warning: Results may vary)
1. Dip the tip of a bamboo skewer (about 4 cm) in water.
2. Cover the wet portion in granulated sugar, and let it dry out.
3. Get some food coloring ready in some bowls.
Red: Three red drops
Orange: One red drop + two yellow drops
Yellow: Two yellow drops
Green: One yellow drop + one green drop
Light blue: One blue drop
Blue: Four blue drops
Purple: Two red drops + one blue drop
4. Put 300 ml of water into a bot, and bring it to a boil.
5. Under a low flame, add a little at a time of 830 g of granulated sugar (about 2.76 times the weight of the water), and let it dissolve.
6. Take the bowls from step three, and mix them into the pot from step five. If you are going to add in any flavoring, do it here.
7. Attach clothespins to the skewers from step two. (About 7 cm down.)
8. Place step seven into step six.
9. Leave it like that for two weeks.
10. Carefully pull out the skewers from the pot.
11. Let them dry out.
12. Enjoy with a cup of coffee while reflecting on where it all went wrong and why you were left with less than stellar rock candy.
虹色のロックキャンディ作りました。もっとゴツゴツとしたロックキャンディができあがるのを夢見ていたのですが・・・しょぼいのが できちゃいました。砂糖の結晶化。理科の実験みたいで楽しかったです。
*レシピ*(しょぼいのしかできないかもしれませんが参考までに載せます)
1.竹串の先端(4センチほど)を水に浸す。
2.水に浸した部分にグラニュー糖をまぶし、よく乾かしておく。
3.容器に食用色素を準備する。
アカ・赤 3滴
オレンジ・赤 1滴+黄 2滴
キイロ・黃 2滴
ミドリ 黄・1滴+緑・1滴
ミズイロ・青 1滴
アオ・青 4滴
ムラサキ・赤 2滴+青 1滴
4.鍋に水 300mlを入れ、沸騰させる。
5.弱火にし、グラニュー糖 830g(水の重さの約2.76倍)を少しずつ加え、溶かす。
6.3で準備した容器に5を加える混ぜる。香料を加える場合はここで加える。
7.2を洗濯バサミで留める。(7センチのところ)
8.7を6に入れる。
9.そのまま、2週間放置。
10.容器から竹串を丁寧に引き抜く。
11.よく乾燥させる。
12.何がいけなくて、しょぼく なったてしまったのかと、反省会をしながらコーヒーなどに入れて楽しむ。
