我永遠不會忘記，小學五年級的時候，阿秀在我房間，掀開上衣與我坦誠相見，那震撼的畫面。瞠目結舌看著全班身高最矮的阿秀，心想，原來這就是麻雀雖小，五臟俱全的意思。（才不是）
後來，我也擁有了象徵著女人的胸部。才意識到，那不是禮物，而是束縛。
青少女時期，被媒體和主流審美觀洗腦，我對自己不夠巨大的乳房充滿著焦慮。我喝木瓜牛奶、吃優格、每天按摩，求媽媽幫我買仙桃牌通乳丸（當然是被拒絕了）。為了看起來波濤洶湧又堅挺，胸罩只穿有鋼圈、有水餃墊的。專櫃阿姨說：「睡覺也要穿著喔，胸部才不會變形。」像某種咒語，在耳邊揮之不去。
大學時，覺得胸罩和完美乳房是父權的象徵，決定抵抗，有一陣子都不穿胸罩上學。（我根本是解放乳頭運動的先行者。）
直到有一天，在尖峰時間擠滿人的敦化幹線，我突然感覺到，有一隻手，正不偏不倚地放在我的胸部上，手指還微微地按壓著。腦子一片空白，連手的主人長什麼樣都不知道，一路往前擠，走到司機旁邊，顫抖著說了一句「後面有變態」就趕緊下車。明明還有好幾站才到家。
沒有告訴任何家人朋友，因為我怕被罵。「誰叫你不穿胸罩。」「自己不檢點，活該。」
我的無罩社會實驗，算是徹底失敗。在很多很多年以後，才說服自己，這不是我的錯。
當了媽媽，曾經的性感象徵，變成餵養孩子的工具。
因為尼歐一直處於吃不飽的狀態，我請了泌乳顧問來家裡。十五年前的行情是一小時$250美金，加停車費$30。初見面就袒胸露乳，給他看我破皮的乳頭，然後當場親餵接受指教。之後的每一天，每隔兩個鐘頭就要黏滴管在乳頭上，一邊親餵刺激乳頭，一邊補充配方奶讓寶寶不至於營養不良，餵完還要用擠乳器繼續刺激泌乳。看著自己黏著滴管的乳頭，覺得好荒謬，又好沒尊嚴。
親餵過兩個孩子，上胸如土石流般塌陷，一去不回頭。前男友看到，一定認不出來。（誒不是）
我乾脆丟掉所有的鋼圈胸罩，只穿運動內衣和毫無支撐力的 Bralette，有時候，乾脆都不穿。這對可愛的乳房，不想再去討好大眾的審美觀，也不再是孩子的食物來源。
它們陪我走過身體焦慮，走過性騷擾，走過母職。經歷了那些美麗與哀愁，我才終於學會把胸部的自主權，交還給自己。
收到 曼黛瑪璉 的邀約時，猶豫了很久。一方面覺得，我不穿所謂的「機能性」鋼圈胸罩很久了，一方面也在想，已經是阿姨的年紀，胸部又下垂，還有資格分享內衣嗎？
尼歐叫我不要接。「你是媽媽誒！你拍穿胸罩的照片給大家看，適合嗎？而且，爸爸會生氣吧？」
就因為這樣，非接不可。
我要讓我的孩子知道，身體不應該被年齡、身份或是任何形式的框架限制住。主流認為「已經走下坡」的年紀和身材，也是一種美的姿態。媽媽是女人，媽媽不是只有穿著圍裙拿著鍋鏟的模樣。而已婚的女人，更不是丈夫的所有物。
而且，曼黛瑪璉耶！我多年前曾經是鐵粉，整個抽屜通通是他家的胸罩。一個能化腐朽為神奇，把副乳包進來，把失落的胸部找回來的專櫃內衣品牌，邀約我合作，也算是解鎖了一個人生成就！
像這樣的合作，品牌方一定都會有特別想要推的品項，有些也確實很美。但我還是很任性地，直接從官網上挑了無鋼圈的款式，因為有鋼圈的胸罩，再美我也不會穿，更無法推薦給其他人。謝謝廠商縱容我的任性，這次挑的三款胸罩和一款少女內衣，通通無鋼圈，而且不會因為無鋼圈，就讓胸部離家出走天崩地裂。
蕾絲款：有活動水餃墊，睫毛蕾絲超美，進可當戰袍，退可自己看了高興。
無痕款：下厚上薄，強烈建議拿大一個罩杯，除非你很喜歡壓胸和肉溢出來的視覺震撼。
背心款：粗肩帶，無襯墊。不性感，可是最舒服，適合天天穿。
少女款：無罩杯，無襯墊。豌豆公主叉燒認證好穿。（別家專櫃的少女內衣，穿沒幾次就被打入冷宮。）
