#'93年にエルフが発売した、98用RPG作品。
開発にはドラゴンナイト('89年)と同級生('92年)のチームがあたっている。
かつては互いに共存した地上の光の一族と地下の影の一族は信仰する両者間にあったワーズ・ワースの石版を何者かにより砕かれ、これをきっかけに長い戦いを始める。
そんな中、影の一族の王子アストラルは婚約者のシャロンにいい所を見せるがため、光と影の戦いに決着をつける決意をする。
3DダンジョンRPGのシステムをもち、2部のシナリオがあり、中盤で時間が20年経過して後半が始まる。
BGMはあすか120%シリーズや、下級生2(Win/'04年)等の与猶氏が作曲を担当。
