💥Justice for Le Thi Nhat Linh - 500.000 SIGNATURES ARE NEEDED (nguồn FB chị Hà Kin)

Le Thi Nhat Linh was a third-grade elementary school Vietnamese student in Matsudo, Japan when she went missing on March 24, 2017 on her way to school, which was located approximately 600 meters from her home. Her naked body was found two days later near a river about 10 km from the school, leading police to believe she was abducted by someone immediately after she left home.

Yasumasa Shibuya, 46, was arrested last month on suspicion of abandoning the body of Le Thi Nhat Linh in Abiko, Chiba, after she disappeared on her way to school in Matsudo, also in the prefecture near Tokyo, on the morning of March 24. Shibuya was the head of the parents' association at the elementary school the victim was attending at the time of her disappearance.

Shibuya lives only about 300 meters away from Linh's home. Based on both a DNA sample linked to Shibuya taken from the victim's body and DNA taken from one of the girl's hairs discovered in the back seat of his car, the sources say Shibuya will be charged with the murder.

Shibuya is suspected of acting alone. He continues to refuse to speak to investigators about the case during questioning, the sources added.

The little girl is raped, tortured and thought to have been choked to death, given marks found on her neck.

Friday is the last day Shibuya can be held in court-mandated detention without indicting him for the alleged abandonment of the victim's body, the initial charge made against him when he was arrested April 14 - 2017.

Linh’s father: Le Anh Hao started a petition calling for Shibuya to face capital punishment if he is convicted of the slaying. So far, over 30,000 signatures in support have been collected. Despite the harsh weather in Japan these days, Hao stands everyday at Chiba train stations to call for his daughter’s justice. 500.000 SIGNATURES ARE NEEDED.

Linh’s mother: Nguyen Thi Nguyen,31, gave an interview to The Asahi Shimbun at their home in Matsudo on Sept. 24.

“When I close my eyes, I can still hear the voice of my daughter, saying ‘help me, help me,’” said Nguyen, choking up as she spoke through an interpreter.
