來英國做Bubble Tea真係有得做喎🧋🧋
初初搬來我住的區就發現有不少亞洲人面孔
出出入入見到一些香港人、韓國人
周圍又有幾間中餐館和日本餐廳🍣
當時就很好奇的說🤔
為什麼這區沒有亞洲超市或珍珠奶茶店❓
心想如果開一間，應該都有生意😎
直至前兩日出街發現我們這區的High street
終於開了台式珍珠奶茶店啦🎊🧋👏🏻
我當然二話不說立即買杯飲啦🥰
雖然不知道是否台灣人開，但見有做Franchise
暫時幫趁過兩次，見生意都幾好喎🧋🧋
Menu又有localised 🇬🇧
除了賣珍奶，亦有果汁、咖啡等等迎合本地人口味🇬🇧🥤
而價錢、味道真心同香港的差不多
應該會站得住腳💪🏻💪🏻

We got bubble tea from (almost) every popular shop in Kuching, and did a blind taste test with friends so we could ultimately decide an unbiased opinion on which is the best in Kuching.
To standardise everything, we only got original pearl milk tea (because every shop should do the classic well before anything), at 30 percent sugar (because too much sugar is bad but not every shop does zero sugar), and no ice. Tasters had no idea which shop's bubble tea they were drinking from so they had to choose their favourites stripped of all their franchise/brand biases.
PSA: For health reasons, we do not in anyway, encourage excessive drinking of high sugar beverages. Please do not repeat this experiment at home, kids.

It was first founded in Taiwan back in 2005 and started opening franchises overseas in 2006. Today, there are over a thousand outlets across 30 countries. Where there is Asian, there is Chatime. And this includes Manchester, an English city which is congested with Asians. So, through this video, I am going to show you some behind the scenes of the making process of a cup of Chatime milk tea.
