Pan-fried goodness in a pan || received these yummy hand-crafted hk-style carrot cakes that are made by a lady called Amelia who is selling them online via FB @ameliacarrotcake

Pardon the half-empty boxes in the 2nd pic as I couldn’t wait to dig into the carrot cakes 😝 The carrot cakes are made fresh daily upon order with radish, dried shrimp, mushrooms, Chinese sausages and perfectly seasoned without any MSG. We prefer the pumpkin to original carrot cake as it is more aromatic with a light sweetness. So good on its own they don’t need any sauces
