Everyone has been asking me..
“How do you gain muscles and strength with low body fats?”
“How do you stay young?”
“How do you maintain high energy levels and remain focus throughout the day with 0 caffeine?”
My answer is simple. Numbers never lie. Your numbers simply tell different stories about your body.
And how do we derive these numbers? Through your blood test.
🩸Unless you know what’s happening inside your body, there is no way for you to identify with 100% confidence to tell you what to eat and the right supplements to ensure that you’re in optimal state.
Sadly, most people go for medical check-ups once a year (and some don’t even go for it)
Unfortunately, do you know that most average doctors and hospitals just give you simply routine blood test that don't even test for the most important markers of disease risk, but simply design the test to only address the symptoms and suppressing it by taking drugs or going through surgery? 😶
The good news is…. You can skip your physician and simply manage the entire process for getting your blood work done yourself😉
As part of my practise in Nutritional Medicine where we address the root cause and not the symptoms, I’ve been able to help my clients prevent or even reverse health disorders. For over 4 years now, I have been facilitating the most comprehensive blood testing package that exists here in Malaysia for my clients. And after getting your blood test results, I help design a unique personalized plans for you 💪🏼!
Once a quarter, I do this exact test for myself and my family and it’s one of the most complete and valuable insights into my own personal biology that anyone can get.
👉🏼 Would you like to know how to be in peak state, prevent or even reverse existing chronic diseases (T2 diabetes, cancer, tumor, hyper/hypo thyroidism, cardiovascular, autoimmune, infectious diseases etc) through nutritional medicine?

can we skip to the good part 在 A Happy Mum Facebook 的最佳貼文
It was a big decision to transfer this girl to a new school at the end of Primary 2 after we moved to A Happy Home.
At that time, she had already settled down, was doing well in dance, had made good friends and was just chosen to go for a leadership training camp. However, since we were transferring to a new school, I made a choice to let her skip the one-day camp and instead go for Navy Day with us.
This was a decision that was supported by her form teacher then, who told me earnestly "It is more important for Angel to show support for her Dad, understand his job better and be with her family." She carried on to tell me something which still rings in my ear from time to time "She is a student who will shine in any school she goes to and I am sure good things lie ahead for her."
Fast forward to three years later, this girl came home with a skip yesterday and the first thing she did was to enthusiastically exclaim "Mama, I am now the Vice Head Captain in school!"
Yup, she has been a School Captain for two years now and after a series of elimination rounds, campaigning and interviews with the principals and teachers, she has been elected into the core team to lead, be a role model and do her part for the school (in my days, it was called Prefects. I was a Prefect but would never have made it as a Head or Vice Head, so it's really 青出于蓝而胜于蓝). It was plain to see the look of immense joy on her face and I was so happy for her.
Of course, we all know how our kids can be angels in school yet terrors at home, right? Don't ask me why the contrast can be so huge, I guess we only show our true colours to people we love and trust deeply - it's the same for me too.
To be honest, it hasn't been easy treading this growing up journey with this tween and I know we have countless more hurdles ahead of us which we must overcome together hand in hand.
For today, I'm choosing to believe we can do it and we will do it well. She might not be able to enjoy Children's Day holiday in a couple of years from now but I hope she knows how much I love her and proud to see how she has grown. Congrats and love ya, my dear! ❤

When Everyone is Looking for You
“Early in the morning, while it was still dark, he rose up and went out, and departed into a deserted place, and prayed there. Simon and those who were with him followed after him; and they found him, and told him, “Everyone is looking for you.”” (Mark 1:35-37 WEB)
“Everyone is looking for you.” What a stressful statement.
It’s so easy to fall into demand-consciousness when it feels like everyone needs a piece of you.
It’s as if you are carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders and if you disappear, everything will come crashing down.
I’m not saying that the needs aren’t urgent or real—there were many people who needed healing and deliverance from Jesus. However, it is so important to do what Jesus did.
He prepared for the challenges of ministry by spending time with God alone. He sat at His Father’s feet.
Jesus took that precious time to recharge and refresh Himself, to receive the abundant supply from the Father.
“As they went on their way, he entered into a certain village, and a certain woman named Martha received him into her house. She had a sister called Mary, who also sat at Jesus’ feet, and heard his word. But Martha was distracted with much serving, and she came up to him, and said, “Lord, don’t you care that my sister left me to serve alone? Ask her therefore to help me.” Jesus answered her, “Martha, Martha, you are anxious and troubled about many things, but one thing is needed. Mary has chosen the good part, which will not be taken away from her.”” (Luke 10:38-42 WEB)
When you rush headlong into the daily grind of life, you’ll be more likely to burn out, get angry and mess up. Like Martha, you’ll see only the demands and not the supply.
Be like Mary, and choose to rest at Jesus’ feet and listen to His words first—this is the one thing you should not neglect.
Then, being fully conscious of the grace that’s available to you, go out and do your work. You’ll find yourself being more effective, energetic, and guided by God’s wisdom.
Mary had work to do as well. But she choose to work out of rest. Martha chose to deny herself from both inward and physical rest until her work was done—no wonder she felt so frustrated and angry. Martha was serving out of emptiness and relying on her fleshly strength, not in the strength of the Lord.
““Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well.” (Matthew 6:31-33 WEB)
Take your time to receive God’s grace and favor every morning. Confess that because you’re the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus, all of God’s blessings are “Yes” and “Amen” for you.
See that God’s kingdom is within you—the Holy Spirit will lead and supply you with the desire and ability to fulfill God’s purposes. You have everything you need, and nothing is lacking.
If you skip this important step, you’re setting yourself up for a bad day. Demand-consciousness can set in very quickly because it is the natural tendency of the flesh.
In a world where it is easy to worry about many things, where it feels like everyone is looking to take from you, prioritize the one needful thing—focus on Jesus and receive from Him first. Everything else will be settled, God will make sure of that!
