The Remembrance day is observed in Hong Kong every year, on the second Sunday in November (10th November this year), to commemorate the fallen soldiers in World War I and World War II. The ceremony will be held at the Cenotaph, a war memorial, constructed in 1923 in Hong Kong. It is a replica of the Cenotaph on Whitehall in London to commemorate soldiers who sacrificed their lives in World war I and World War II in Hong Kong.⁣
