【麺道 はなもこし, 福岡 Fukuoka】 Mendou Hanamokoshi Chicken Ramen #鶏そば, which is so sophisticated and instead of a robust Chicken based soup, it is served with a fat free but full of Chicken essence soup as @shirrleyn would put it. Not at all Creamy or in your face, but just Right with the clear broth, perfectly cooked gingery tender chicken, all the way to the al dente noodles. One has to queue up for this in Fukuoka, Japan though, and funnily the staff arrives just in time for dinner service, knowing that they have already prepared for this perfect bowl many hours beforehand.
