After two weeks ago the workout live collaboration with coach Tan Wooi Keat. I received many good reviews and many people actually liked it. I was so worried that he will scare you guys away 🤣.
He believes in using heavy weight and do interval training. He’s a all rounder fitness coach. And I believe in being an all rounder too. That’s why I don’t do one kind of workout only. Some people just like to go to gym and lift weights, some people just like to do pure cardio to run or swim. Some just like to sweat by doing Hiit / tabata. Some just like to do yoga.
I like doing all, strengthen myself, toning myself , training myself to build muscle, lose fat, getting stronger, better mobility, greater endurance and increase metabolism all together!
My way of workout, those of you that have been following me for few months, you know I keep preaching and encouraging you all to try different exercises, give your body a chance to do different kind of workout. No one ☝️ workout can do it all. Unless if your goal is to be a heavy lifting body builder, i wouldn’t ask you to do yoga and pilates.

{ TIPS KURUS DENGAN KACANG KUDA }
KACANG KUDA memang sedap sekali. Ini adalah antara bahan yang di masukkan dalam sajian arab yang popular iaitu hummus. Kacang kuda juga popular di sebagai antara bahan untuk sajian salad masakan arab dan juga salad dalam sajian masakan barat. Ia juga popular di kalangan kaum india.
Kacang kuda perlu direndam semalaman terlebih dahulu , baru ia mudah di rebus atau di masak sekaligus menjimatkan gas masakan anda.
Kaya dengan khasiat, mudah didapati dan di kategorikan sebagai kekacang yang murah, anda boleh mendapatkan kacang kuda ini di pasaraya atau pasar-pasar berdekatan anda.
Resepi paling mudah, hanya rebus sahaja kacang kuda ini dengan beberapa helai daun kari, atau selepas di rebus tambahkan beberapa helai daun kari untuk rasa dan bau yang lebih enak.
Berikut adalah antara KHASIAT KACANG KUDA untuk ilmu kita bersama :-
1. Kacang kuda mengandungi Thiamin, riboflavin, vitamin (A, B , C, D, E, K), zink , folat , sumber kaya protein, kaya kandungan fiber, karbohidrat, rendah lemak, turut mengandungi kalsium dan zat galian lain termasuk magnesium, posforan, kalim, sodium.
2. Dikatakan kandungan kalsium yang tinggi di dalam kacang kuda hampir sama banyak seperti kalsium di dalam yogurt. Sekaligus kacang kuda adalah antara sumber makanan terbaik untuk keperluan kalsium harian anda.
3. Dalam 100 gram kacang kuda rebus mengandungi 164 kalori, di mana ia terdiri dari 2.6gm lemak, 7.6gm serat diet dan 8.9gm protein, ia tiada kolesterol dan gula, selain kandungan lemak tepu yang rendah, malah amat tinggi kandungan vitamin B6. Seeloknya jangan di tabur garam ke dalam kacang kuda rebus kerana rasa kacang kuda rebus cukup enak secara semulajadi.
4. Kaum india menggunakan tepung kacang kuda dalam kebanyakan masakan mereka termasuk untuk memekat masakan kari dan juga sebagai adunan tepung bagi mengoreng ayam atau daging (menggunakan tepung kacang kuda sebagai penganti)
5. Tepung kacang kuda juga boleh digunakan sebagai pencuci wajah dengan mencampurkan dengan sedikit susu tepung atau susu segar. Adunan semulajadi ini membantu kulit lebih cerah dan lembut.
6. Kacang kuda juga turut membantu menstabilkan paras glukos dalam darah, ia jgua membantu menyeimbangkan tindak balas elektrolit di dalam tubuh.
7. Selain itu kacang kuda juga turut membantu meningkatkan kadar metabolisme serta membantu otak dan tubuh anda berfungsi dengan lebih baik.
8. Kacang kuda juga dikatakan turut membantu mengekalkan tahap kesihatan jantung, pankreas dan usus kecil.
9. Dengan menikmati segengam kacang kuda ia turut membantu menyeimbangkan hormon di dalam tubuh.
10. Wanita mengandung yang HB rendah, boleh menikmati kacang kuda rebus untuk mengatasi masalah ini.
11. Kacang kuda amat bagus bagi menguatkan fizikal seperti otot, tulang, menambah tenaga, untuk body builder, atlet , bina darah merah dan mereka yang darah rendah serta anemia.
12. Jadikan kacang kuda sebagai snek sihat dalam diet anda juga untuk anda sekeluarga.
Tunggu apa lagi, jika anda tak berapa rajin merebus sendiri kacang kuda, beli sahaja kacang kuda ini di kedai-kedai mamak terpilih, pasar malam, RNR dan pelbagai gerai dan restoran yang terdapat hidangan ini.

[Short Share] 21 JOBS OF THE FUTURE
Du học xong sẽ làm gì? "Tìm việc làm" - chắc chắn rồi - nhưng Schofan nhà mình đã suy nghĩ tìm ngành nào, việc gì sau vài năm nữa khi du học xong sẽ như thế nào chưa? Sao chúng mình không thử tham khảo xem 21 công việc mới sẽ thịnh hành trong 10 năm tới nhỉ? Đây là công bố theo nghiên cứu của Trung tâm nghiên cứu việc làm tương lai, và là những công việc đã được các công ty thực tế đăng tuyển rồi chứ không phải là còn nằm trên lý thuyết nữa đâu cả nhà ạ. Chị nghĩ đây cũng sẽ là 1 cơ sở để chúng mình tham khảo chọn ngành trong tương lai. Dĩ nhiên, việc làm còn là do đam mê, sở thích, khả năng và nhiều yếu tố khác nữa :P

With one of the San Antonio Spurs' stars out and another just returning from a four-game absence, the team's supporting cast became the guardian of the only perfect home record in the Western Conference on Saturday night.
They proved themselves equal to the task. Michael Finley and Fabricio Oberto each scored a season high 21 points to help the NBA champions beat the Denver Nuggets 102-91 and improve to 13-0 at home.
"Their role players beat us as much as anyone else," said Karl. "From [Brent] Barry to Finley to Oberto, they beat us as much as [Manu] Ginobili or [Tim] Duncan did."
Allen Iverson led the Nuggets with 30 points and Linas Kleiza had 16 points. Carmelo Anthony added 15 points and nine rebounds.
The Nuggets were without starter Kenyon Martin, who was suspended for one game after he was assessed a flagrant foul in the Nuggets' win Wednesday over New Orleans.
Oberto, who was 10-of-11 from the field, also had 13 rebounds for the Spurs.
"He had a great game, He usually doesn't go for numbers like that," said Marcus Camby, who had just four points and six rebounds for Denver. "We were so small with K-Mart being suspended, he [Oberto] was being played by a 6-7, 6-8 guy most of the night."
The Spurs, who had lost two in a row, saw the return of Duncan, who missed four games with a sprained right ankle.
"It was great to have him back," said Spurs coach Gregg Popovich. "Just having him on the court is a confidence builder for everybody."
Duncan, who had eight points in his return, said he wasn't yet "100 percent, but pretty close."
But Tony Parker sat out his second straight game for the Spurs with a sprained left ankle.
The Nuggets were up by nine early, but started to lose their offensive rhythm in the second quarter. Meanwhile, the Spurs were moving the ball and finding open shots.
"We were in the basketball game," said Iverson, who said Martin's absence was a huge factor. "So we had our opportunities. But it just fell apart."
Denver, down by double digits for most of the second half, almost got within single digits in the fourth quarter. The Nuggets went on a 19-6 run, and a turnover by Ginobili led to a 3-point play by Iverson that brought the Nuggets within 11 with 4:17 to play.
Denver got within 11 again, 100-89, when Anthony, on a fast break, tossed the ball over his shoulder on a no-look pass to Kleiza, who dunked. The Nuggets got within 11 once more, with 40 seconds to play, but it was too late to make a difference.
Brent Barry scored 14 points for San Antonio, Ginobili added 11 and Jacque Vaughn, who started at point guard in Parker's place, had 10.
"I didn't know what the night had in store for me," Finley said. "But the coaches and my teammates always tell me, 'Remain confident and shoot it when you have it.' That's what I did."
Anthony Carter scored 10 points for the Nuggets.
Denver went up 27-22 after one quarter as the Spurs couldn't get their rhythm on the court and missed 12 of 21 shots.
But the Spurs took advantage of seven second-quarter turnovers by Denver, and Oberto and Finley each contributed eight points to a 16-7 San Antonio burst that gave the Spurs a 54-48 lead with 1:08 to go in the half. Finley hit a bank jumper and followed with a 3 from the corner 23 seconds later after Bruce Bowen snagged the ball from Carter.
Finley's bank shot turned out to be the go-ahead basket for the Spurs -- it put them up 46-45 with 3:13 left in the half. The Spurs were ahead 56-50 at the break.
In the third it was the Nuggets who had trouble from the field, missing 11 of 19 shots. The Spurs scored twice as many points as Denver in the quarter, getting their biggest lead of the game to that point, 92-68, heading into the final period.
Finley and Oberto had continued success and Ginobili also got into the action, scoring all 11 of his points in the third quarter. And when Ginobili missed a jumper, it was Finley who got the rebound and tipped it in for a 15-point lead with 3:50 on the clock.
