#濕笠笠天氣要來了
#出入冷氣地方小心著涼
小滿初到，氣溫已經飆升至有如炎夏的溫度。濕度相對提高，飲食上宜清淡，少吃溫熱及煎炸油膩食物，以免身體上火。長時間躲在冷氣地方工作的朋友，也要小心因室內外溫差大而著涼，還是要多帶一件薄外套最穩妥。少吃助濕食物，例如牛奶、奶茶、芝士、花膠等。養好脾胃，注重袪濕，除了從飲食上著手，做適量運動出汗也是祛濕好辦法，而且在濕度高的時候謹記要開抽濕機，減少外濕的侵襲！

・運動後喝個新鮮椰青補充水分
・不宜賴床，早點起來動一動
・少喝一杯奶茶，多喝一杯米水
・米水中加入紅豆，養好心脾
