香港經歷過2003 SARS後最大嘅改變真係感染控制，特別係droplet/airborne infection prevention
你可以幻想下，你只不過肚痛或者其他唔舒服而去醫院，點知旁邊嘅病人竟然有COVID，而醫院因為爆床位而你要係急症室等到2046先有病房病床，係等待嘅時候你感染咗COVID，係幾咁令人無奈嘅事。
已經唔只一次係唔同醫院發生呢個問題，呢個亦係其他西方國家面對緊嘅困境，英美澳都不斷出現院內感染
Contact tracing係一個惡夢，每次同病人家屬交代病情時（醫院唔俾家屬探病，所以醫生變咗歡樂滿東華電話接線生，每日打俾唔同嘅家屬請解情況）
「點解會發生件咁嘅事，入院個COVID Swab明明係negative，到底係點感染到？」
「我地一路都在做正確嘅事情，已經WFH，不跟別人群聚，只有買餸買日用品先出街，邊個會想到竟然會係醫院感染到？」
「醫院唔係應該係最安全嘅地方咩？點解變咗做隨時會感染嘅危險地帶？」
「咁即係咩意思？佢會唔會惡化，家屬幾時先可以見佢，佢本身好多長期病患，感染後係咪會好大機會重症？」
老實講，我真係唔識答，現實就係無經歷過SARS嘅國家嘅醫院都真係not built for COVID
家屬嘅憂慮同憤怒都係好legitimate好合理
平時我地都會建議病人有事要盡早求醫，但醫院對病人同家屬來講卻變成一個唔再安全嘅地方，how disheartening and ironic is this？
唔少病人同家屬都會要求盡早出院，即使未做好足夠嘅investigation, blood test and imaging，呢一切一切都compromised medical care
你覺得COVID是弱流感？你覺得是醫生們大驚小怪？這只是因為香港未曾經歷過英美加澳意等大型爆發嘅境地，你才會有這個luxury talk non sense

The Los Angeles Lakers’ disappointing season is nearing its end, with the team
already out of play-in contention after Tuesday night’s loss to the Phoenix Sun
s. Frankly, the Lakers didn’t exactly deserve a shot at being in the playoffs a
fter such a distraught campaign, with the Russell Westbrook experiment proving t
o be a huge failure.

While injuries played a part in LA’s struggles, one of their biggest problems w
as their inability to play defense. Head coach Frank Vogel highlighted just that
on Tuesday to The Athletic’s Bill Oram:

w the offensive lineups he put on the floor sometimes resulted in problems on th
e opposite end:

to make the offense work compromised our defense directly.”

All in all, it was a miserable season for the Lakers. It will be very interestin
g to see what happens this offseason, but it seems likely Vogel is fired, even t
hough it’s not exactly his fault with how the roster was built.
