Another good news to share with everyone. Thanks to Malaysian Ultra Runners Association for the invitation to be one of the key speaker for the MURA Ultra Running Bootcamp 2.0 on February 18th and 19th 2017in Puncak Inn at Fraser's Hill.

The MURA Ultra Running Bootcamp 2.0 Registration is now opened ! The Bootcamp will be held on February 18 and 19 2017 in Puncak Inn at Fraser's hill. We will be having a full saturday there and sunday until lunch. There will be 2 trail runs in Fraser Hill's surroundings, with plenty of elevation so be ready with your trail shoes. In the evening, we will show you some great running movies. Plenty to discuss afterward and some great mingling time with our speakers: Soh Wai Ching, Jeri Chua, Jess Lim, Sam Seow and Karsten Korbel (to be confirmed). We will cover the preparation for your ultras, which also requires you for speed. Tools and methods to avoid and prevent injuries along with finding appropriate nutrition for your training and races.
Fee is 160 RM for MURA members and 180 RM for non MURA members. A limited edition Bootcamp T-Shirt is included in that price along with:
- one night at Puncak Inn at Fraser hill in a twin shared room
- saturday and sunday lunch
- saturday dinner
- sunday morning breakfast
For those who would like to have a single room, the rates are the following: 220 RM for MURA members and 240 RM for non MURA members. Transportion is on your own but carpool can be arranged between participants if possible.
