Just like fast food, negativity often tastes good for a short moment, but it will make you unhealthy in the long run. And Mental weight? It is the hardest to lose.
If you constantly stick with a group of people who only wants to stay in their comfort zone and constantly criticise people who work hard for self-improvement, it’s NO surprise that you’ll find yourself stuck in a negative state for years.
Yes, it is okay to let loose and enjoy your favourite show from time to time. But if you find yourself trapped in an loop of binge-watching meaningless videos for hours and hours, it is time to break free and READJUST your Mental Diet.
If your goal is to have a healthier mind, start by removing all the JUNK from your Mental Diet.🤗
It took me some time to realise this, but it is okay to leave people, things, habits behind, if all they do is holding you back. Your Mental Diet determines your Mental Health. And your Mental Health decides your future.

通常這階段會是Customer Sample (CS)
此時要保證他可以活可以動可以跟別的東西並存 且保證不能當機掛點 失效
: PR: Pilot Run (Ramp)
也有人說這是Trial Run或是Control Run / Ramp Up
阿這時候就一定會是Mass Production (MP) 量產
: 個人認為並非是推文所謂的採購語言PR (Purchase Request)
然後就是你給他PR/PI (Purchase Infrom(a)) 他給你PO
再下來差不多就是發給客戶Last Buy 跟他說你這次是最後一次大採購的機會了
剩下的東西我要留下來當作退換貨...所以這產品就EOL了 End Of Life
但是其實工廠產線還是繼續再做 只是產量急速下降 因為不可能說停就停咩
等到工廠沒有做了 就正式宣告這東西Phase Out
其實每個階段在每個不同的工廠都有不同的定義
這只能說是大概吧
喔對了 說到這個 我倒是沒有看到訪間有有書本是在介紹這種產品開發程序的書
有大大可以推薦的嗎?
