歐盟最高負責人，近年最強硬嘅一次
（繼續都係關香港事...）
三日前歐盟議會大比數通過，要求歐盟向國際法庭審理香港國安法（當日嘅報導：https://bit.ly/2NlY8AO）。到今日，歐盟同中國開最高級別會議，開完之後兩邊無簽任何嘢，亦無聯合公報，結果得返歐盟最高級別代表匯報會議嘅立場（即係自由發炮）。個波踢到咁爛，緊係唔方係好嘢。歐盟委員會主席Ursula von der Leyen講到明：
//“We continue to have an unbalanced trade and investment relationship...But for our relations to develop further, they must become more rules-based and reciprocal, in order to achieve a real level playing-field."//
（兩邊嘅貿易同投資繼續不平衡，（疫情之後）如果想雙方嘅關系繼續嘅話，佢地首先要識得跟規矩，大家响對等嘅層面公平咁玩。）
喂呀...咁講即係咩意思呀？背景小資訊：6月10號歐盟對疫情期間嘅假消息表示憤怒，6月17號歐盟宣布限制外資收購歐盟公司同企業。6月20號，歐盟議會通過咩？
關於香港嘅情況，官方公報係咁嘅：
//On Hong Kong, the EU reiterated its grave concerns at steps taken by China to impose national security legislation from Beijing and considers those steps not in conformity with the Hong Kong Basic Law and China’s international commitments, and put pressure on the fundamental rights and freedoms of the population protected by the law and the independent justice system.//
然後到歐洲理事會主席President Charles Michel接力親自講多次。
“We expressed our great concerns about the proposed national security law for Hong Kong...We called on China to follow the promises made to the people of Hong Kong and the international community regarding Hong Kong's high degree of autonomy and guaranteed freedoms.
（我地好坦白咁講咗極之關注國安法嘅問題，要求中國遵守對香港同國際社會，維持香港高度自治同保障人權嘅承諾。）
其實開完咁高級別嘅會議，搞到要單方面公報已經唔係一件普通嘅事。而且歐盟委員會（European Commission）同歐洲理事會（European Council）兩個主席，就等如歐盟嘅總理同總統，佢地講啲咁嘢就更加唔係講笑...睇黎唔只係歐盟民意咁簡單，係會員國家層面嘅睇法都有改變。
P.S. 唔該唔好「依家先醒」或者「聽住先」心態去理解，27個國家一齊改變唔係顏色經濟圈食餐飯。
