想到荷蘭工作/生活，當人要對當地嘅CBD（Central Business District，唔好 諗多左CBD oil）有所了解。今次就帶大家睇吓阿姆斯特丹嘅「中環區」 Amsterdam Zuidas。
Zuidas 位於阿姆斯特丹以南嘅Station Zuid（南站），係過去十年左右新發展嘅商業區。銀行、律師樓、會計師事務所、商業顧問、科技公司，例如荷蘭三大銀行之一嘅ABN AMRO總部，JP Morgan，Google，Baker Mackinzie， Accenture，BCG Consulting Group 等等，都會喺呢度。坐地鐵一個站，亦有四大會計師樓嘅EY同Deloitte。而呢邊嘅酒吧及餐廳，自然就成為星期四、五一大班專業人士應酬/識人嘅熱門地方（亦有唔少專門黎識鑽石王老五嘅年輕美女）。
呢邊最出名嘅街叫Gustav Mahlerlaan，樓價/租金當然唔便宜(旁邊George Gershwinlaan 都係)，特別係因為高昂管理費。筆者喺呢度住左一年，最近才發覺原來大廈嘅concierge同某一家市中心嘅五星級飯店係同一團隊！難怪每次出入啲concierge態度非常好，令人感覺好rich。（當然，我比較 prefer being rich than feeling rich，要好好努力！）
同香港中環唔同嘅係，Zuidas 一到週末/假期就會好冷清。畢竟荷蘭城市規劃同香港唔同，好少會出現商業區+旅遊區+住宅區+購物區一齊嘅情況。所以呢邊餐廳都唔算好多，亦都好少名店/商店，想要購物就要去遠少少嘅商場嚕。
