恩⋯努力做幾乎不停大概是76下,離該paper冠軍不遠,如果吃飽一點應該是可以差不多。原本以為降階這個數字很輕鬆,沒想到有點硬⋯哈

補充一下:crossfit 的方式是下去胸口要碰地,起來才算一下。我想除了比較累之外,檢測方便也是其中一環。

光是剪影片就足以讓我眼眶有淚,如果家裡的長輩都能像阿姨一樣,做子女的會有多驕傲,社會上長照的問題跟壓力也會少很多。
阿姨總共跳了80個Burpee ,我想有很多年輕人是辦不到的,但如果連七十歲的阿姨都可以,你有什麼理由不行?!
