Tim and Isaac are back from London wohoooo! It's been a fantastic , productive and very peaceful few days but I couldn't be happier to have the boys back. I've also been eating cleaner for the past 5 days and I'm not gonna lie, I feel SO MUCH BETTER! It's amazing how much energy I have now. It's all about moderation and I'm not afraid to indulge in a burger here and then but I'm not going to binge excessively like before. I haven't weighed myself (because we don't own scales in the house) but I have gained a few inches since returning home X'D. Here’s to a healthier future!!!
Sorry vlogs are so slow lately. We're settled and everything in the new home but it still requires work as we're assembling furniture and DIYing everyday ^_^ Internet around our area isn't too great either =_="
