呢間餐廳喺觀塘已經開咗一段時間,有唔少人介紹過但一直冇嚟過,趁住屋企冇煮飯特登過嚟試一試。呢度嘅晚市套餐喺同區算喺走中高價路線,包左前菜、餐湯、主菜同飲品🥗🥣🥩🍹。

前菜有3款選擇,🥟雲吞餡料菇味幾香🍄,而且醬汁芝士味重🧀,不過雲吞皮有點過厚👉🏻👈🏻,需要改善。

餐湯係西洋菜湯🥬,口感順滑味道香濃。

📍烤燒頂級美國西冷牛扒12oz($308)
Charcoal Grill U.S Sirloin 12oz
牛扒3成熟🐃,切開顏色粉嫩,肉質軟腍唔會韌🥩,點上燒汁會更為惹味。份量充足🤩,旁邊配上炸紫薯餅同蔬菜🥬,味道唔錯👍🏻。
📍鮮海膽明太子蟹肉意大利飯($208)
Sea Urchin, Mentaiko & Crab Meat Risotto
意大利飯醬汁非常creamy😍,食落又好香明太子味,但又唔會過鹹👍🏻。飯內見到一絲絲蟹肉🦀,仲食到蟹肉嘅鮮甜味🤤。置頂有海膽🌊,不過份量唔多。整體嚟講味道豐富好食😋。
另外見drink menu 嘅mocktail好靚🍹,所以都叫咗兩杯。
📍Passion Fields ($68)
混合咗熱情果同青檸汁,凸顯出熱情果酸酸甜甜嘅味道🙌🏻,係其中一款餐廳嘅signature mocktail😆,唔會過甜都幾清新。

Butterfly Pea Flower, Pineapple & Lychee Soda
唔想飲mocktail嘅朋友仔,可以揀飲梳打。呢一款黃藍混合嘅梳打顏色好夢幻 💛💙,但味道比較淡。

Personally this was an once off Eye Opener for the Hong Kong Dining Scene. When Nordic meets x Italian chefs, also with an equally themed New Zealand Produce. If you don't mind me explaining.. I think Chef @Silvioarmanni at HK Michelin 1 🌟 Octavium, who operates on behalf as Head Chef of the exploratory kitchen side of amazing @Umberto_bombana Michelin 3 🌟🌟🌟 rated 8 1/2 Otto e Mezzo. Was quite polite open minded, and also let Chef @Jimlofdahl to also explore his own menu on the night, himself who is a sister Hong Kong restaurant to Sister Michelin 3 🌟🌟🌟 @Restaurantfrantzen in Sweden. A definitive explosive night only possible by 2 Dynamites of Chefs who wanted to push one another to explore the boundaries, hence why I feel this was one of the best meals I had in 2019!
