Less than 10 minutes to prepare:
1) Take the profiteroles out of the package and let them thaw at room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes
2) During that time, heat up the bag of chocolate sauce in hot water
3) Place the profiteroles on a dessert plate and coat them with the chocolate sauce

It is quite easy to notice... it can be found on one of the busiest streets on Seogwipo, though the area has plenty of eateries and restaurants, Ehwa Samgyetang stands out with its huge signage. The menu is simple and straight forward, only offering one item- Ginseng Chicken Soup, though available in different variants. Their Ginseng Chicken is lightly flavored with no seasoning. A complimentary glass of Ginseng Wine will be provided, in which diners can opt to drink it directly or to mix it in the soup for a bolder Ginseng flavor. Do note that the restaurant has a one soup one diner policy, so sharing is not allowed.

Bahan Bahan Yang Diperlukan:
1 Ekor Ikan Siakap
2 Sudu Sambal Ijo Sambaleena
3 Bijin Cili Merah & Hijau
1 Biji Bawang Besar
1 Mangkuk Kecil Tepung Gandum
1 Mangkuk Kecil Tepung Beras
Gula & Garam Secukup Rasa
Serbuk Kunyit
Cara Penyediaan:
Mulakan dengan menyelar ikan mengikut teknik yang ditunjuk oleh Fendi di dalam video. Perapkan ikan dengan garam, gula, kunyit, tepung beras, tepung gandum dan biarkan selama 5 minit.
sementara menunggu, potongkan bawang besar, cili hijau dan potong dengan kecik atau berbentuk kiub.
Selepas itu, panaskan minyak dan mula menggoreng. Lihat dalam video teknik menggoreng yang diajar oleh Fendi. Selesai menggoreng, letak ikan di atas pinggan
Seterusnya, tumis bawang sehingga keemasan, dan letakkan 2 Sudu Sambal Ijo Sambaleena dan tumis sehinga separuh masak, letakkan cili dan sedikit air. Tumis sehingga pekat dan tuangkan di atas ikan yang di goreng tadi.
