漫畫是藝術嗎？在歐洲漫畫被視為藝術形式之一，還被稱為「第九藝術」。漫畫以圖文的方式，以含括視覺和文學的表現手法，傳達故事及意念，這次活動講者們分別以來自法國、英國、臺灣等不同地區的研究學者、評論家、創作者，以不同觀點和經驗探討漫畫藝術發展，一同探索漫畫敘事藝術的魅力。

以插畫、漫畫、動畫等媒材創作，出版作品包含繪本《情批》入選2021波隆那書展拉加茲獎年度主題「Poetry詩類別」評審優選獎，漫畫集《小輓》獲得2020年義大利波隆那兒童書展拉加茲獎青少年漫畫類首獎，漫畫作品呈現高度文學性及藝術性，並於2020年參展法國安古蘭漫畫節台灣館。

橫跨插畫、平面設計、漫畫等領域的藝術家，並與國內外出版社、品牌合作。於2010年開始創作藝術性漫畫，出版多本藝術書與ZINE，並前往多國舉辦展覽，近期有漫畫作品〈Lottery〉收錄於《波音漫畫誌 Vol.3》、〈TAIPEI STAGE 台北綜藝團〉收錄於美國西雅圖獨立出版社《Cold Cube 04》等。

🌍法國安古蘭歐洲高等圖像學院漫畫學程教授 Johanna Schipper🌍
約翰娜(Johanna Schipper)於1967年生於台灣彰化，法國漫畫藝術家，自2010年起任教於安古蘭歐洲高等圖像學院，進行漫畫學程的創作教學及研究，出版漫畫作品《Une par une》、《Nos âmes sauvages》等，曾於2004年以在法國與台灣出版《出生在她方》(Nee quelque part)描述她2002年重返台灣的回憶之旅。

現任英國倫敦藝術大學倫敦傳播學院Graphic Design Communication教授(Reader) 及Comic Research Hub研究成員，以漫畫研究探討漫畫與藝術史、平面設計、應用等領域，進行多項漫畫研究發表及出版，現與漫畫研究學者Maggie Gray合作進行漫畫與藝術史研究，與Comic Research Hub教授Ian Hague進行漫畫及設計研究。
